I would like to write a review about Auto & General I would like to thanx Fatima Ebrahim for her advise and help with my query. She handled with so professionally and and you could hear the she was so in control and proud of what she's doing. It is really a pleasure to do business with somebody like that and company's need more like her. Keep up the good work and God bless 🙌
I've been a Dstv customer since they opened as Mnet and been happy and enjoyed the entertainment with the premium package. I pick up a problem with my secondary explora, it wouldn't rewind / tape / pause so i took it in to DSTV"s agents in Mosselbay (Lighthouse Electronics) they tested it and gave me a new one for R 900.00. When i plug it in it did exactly the same so i took it back the next day and told them its not the decoder and i need to get my decoder back with they refused to do because the decoder has been registered in my name and they can reverse it. I phoned customer care and and the lady said they must give my decoder back and refund you so back i went and they still said they can't do it. The Owner then said to the lady that help me she was suppose to test the secondary with the primary decoder. Corne then took over the problem and said he will sort it out with the Dstv rep that comes around every Thursday and give me a call which I never received and i went back and he told me that she said they wouldn't deduct that months premium and I took his number to phone him the end of the month if it wasn't sorted out, witch it wasn't and I called him but I was told they are not allowed to take calls. so I went there again and he told me the the rep said she referred it to someone else higher up. It's now over 2 months so I call DSTV Help line and got to customer care and the person couldn't help and said he will get a supervisor and Micheal was amazing and laid the complaint and phoned me back just to confirm that it went through. The same day Jonas phoned and said his gonna take it up with someone and phone me back the same day, that's a week a go still nothing. I can't believe the a big company like DSTV hasn't got a section the handles these complaints. CAN SOMEBODY PLS HELP ME !!!!!!
