Dismall customer service there is no way to follow up on Parcells their call centre is hopeless it cuts you off automatically and my child is graduating tomorrow waiting for her dress and there is no way to track it contact 0832000236
These people will charge an arm and a leg even for levy its just too much money
I really have no idea where to start, I had very slow Internet connection and my router was swapped out from the oppo to a hawauei 5g 2 wks back since then I have had even worse connection very slow such that I am unable to login as I work from home. I have reported and have been buying prepaid data and using my cell fone to connect for 2 wks waiting for someone from Rain technical to call me and sort out the issue. I have run out of data on my fone and have logged in at work with no connection. Can I have someone assist or just confirm that I need to get a different service provider seemingly you guys are really fails I mean 3 wks to swap out a router and u seem to have given me a broken gadget as I'm having worse issues even after moving it around
I donknow what to do with rain anymore Payment made Thursday 29th at pep sent through pop but I'm disconnected rain is *****ing me over every month . My network is bad I have sent a request for a new router since the one I have might be problem but no responce ref 34257580. Every month we go through this yet I get disconnected after payment is made I dnt know how to attach the pop here
I have been trying to get hold of rain support have even ran out of airtime to have them reinstate my service after making payment

After over 22 calls and so many reference numbers with rain I posted on Hello Peter in 10 minutes I got feedback and my query sorted
Good day Please note I am seriously disappointed in the service I have received from rain since November I was shirt of funds and my account was blocked an arrangement was made for half payment on the 25th of November 2024 and account reinstated on the 28th of the November the balance R284.50 was debited from my account as per attached pop In December my account was blocked again for the balancenof R284.50 it was escalated as per my pop on Dec 27 account reinstated pending billing to allocate funds to my account. In January a cash payment was made with no issues today February 20th 2025 my account has been blocked without notice or feedback on the query logged in January 3rd as per ref 27952456 Rain consultants have stated that my debit order was the 20th then again the 25th then confirmation that my account was blocked due to the pending R284.50 allocation I have resent my pop and was advised a supervisor will call me back to reinstate my account while pending billing to resolve my issue, since 11h30 no supervisor has bothered to call me back or even send an email to clarify what the issue could be as Erin,Shaun,Mike, Gabby Liah and the orther lady who has no idea what's happening at rain have no access to reinstating the account while waiting for the allocation of funds and my set 25th debit order. I have been scheduled to work today thus so many calls and none have bothered to lend an ear they keep saying I would be called back in 15 min and nothing. Can I have a manager call me on 0832000236 and have my issue resolved, should I lose my job as I work remotely because of me being unable to login as I have no data access I promise rain and I will have our day in court. I cannot be inconvenienced and ignored at the same time even after so many calls Even the whatsap assist have been contacted and an email reminder also sent still no help I hope someone will call me and put this matter to rest This morning I called again and explained to consultan 1 who hung up then I called again spoke to Homer who also hung up then called back when I answered he hung up and sent an email saying there was no answer Gugu
