I have complained here a few weeks ago about the phone I returned to Takealot, I still haven't received an answer from them. It's been over 30 days, the phone cost 29k
I bought a Samsung s23 ultra phone last year from them, I started giving problems a few months ago, I asked Takealot for my invoice, I still didn't receive it. I took the phone to Samsung to see if they could fix it, they said the phone was blacklisted prob due to it being ******. I wrote to Takealot a mail, they didn't reply on my specific questions, they just said I can return it. I returned it and asked for my money back as I lost all confidence in them. It's been a few weeks and still no resolution, they just keep telling me it's being inspected and I must wait. The phone cost 29k, it's a lot of money they took from me and now I'm not getting any service. I'm very disappointed
I have private banking. My private banker just never replies on any questions. I sometimes have to wait 2 weeks and write multiple emails before I get any response. My branch in my town closed for renovations. I need some info on my account. Absa private banking is really useless.
I bought a property in Ballito. An OTP was signed which stated there were registered up to date plans for the property. About 2 years after the sale I tried to get hold of the plans, the municipality rep**** that there are no registered up to date plans. I also contacted the previous owner who said Sotheby's was fully aware that there were no registered up to date plans. Sotheby's reply is that it's not their problem
I have waited 2 weeks for a phone on my new contract, the consultant never rep**** to me, everytime I phoned or went there, she was busy and no one else could assist. I upgraded my contract to get a new phone as my current one is broken. I have waited 2 weeks
I am working abroad. my debt card was stuck in atm. i contacted my private banker and absa online assistance multiple times. after 4 weeks, i received a response. after many more emails, my wife received my new card 8 weeks later. they stopped and replaced my cred card, instead of my debit card. i have my credit card abroad, which doesn't work anymore and still didn't receive my debit card. i have written complaints to absa multiple times, still no response,
