Case - 79045 ***** service centre is absolutely useless! I was promised a statement 3 weeks ago and im still waiting. Continuous promises every few days of "It will reflect in a the next 2/3 working days" .. its more than 3 weeks and still nothing. I will be taking this to the newspapers and news now.
***** case: 79045 Continuous back and forth with no outcome. No communication. Spoke to Gugu who confirmed one thing on the recorded call. Statement received mentions no financial refund from Standard bank. I am so fed up!!! I will be taking this to social media and further. My hello peter complaints is not escalating this matter enough.
***** case - 79045. ***** case finalized 14.05.2026 and only a portion of lost funds will be reimbursed. UNACCEPTABLE! Apparently Standard bank is unable to trace and track a *****ulent voucher purchase. So glad I'm leaving this bank! An no Standard bank you cant call me and try persuade me to stay.
***** related issue - Little to no communication updates received. Its been 3 almost 4 weeks now! All i keep getting in response is "They awaiting agent bank" Whatever that may mean i don't know! Fed up! I have moved all my accounts out of Standard bank. I will never ever recommend or do anything related to standard bank again. I will spread my story all over. Pay me the money and re-coup it on your own terms behind the scenes.
Great service. Quick and easy. Everything was taken care of. Very to little paperwork needed and done. Sufficient and easy process.
