Poor Service From Protea Metering
Pathetic service from protea metering, every time there has been a power outage in our area electricity does not come back at my house. I have called Protea Metering numerous times, but they are not willing to check what is a problem. Just now I spoke to one of their consultants she was not willing to listen to my problem. I wish I could let their CEO know bad the service is.1 reply

Delay in paying my refund.
I was double debited by Afrihost last week. I have sent a request to refund me, but I have sent from pilar to post. Today I have spoken to one their account consultant. He told I will only get my refund after 14 working days. Very poor customer service, this is the money that is due me but it's a mission to get it. I will never refer anyone to Afrihost.0 replies

Poor customer service.
Worse service I have ever seen in the insurance industry. I logged a geyser claim a month ago but Momentum is giving me a run around. Everytime I call the call centre the people there are saying they will come back to me but never. I will never recommend someone to Momentum1 reply
