Pathetic service from protea metering, every time there has been a power outage in our area electricity does not come back at my house. I have called Protea Metering numerous times, but they are not willing to check what is a problem. Just now I spoke to one of their consultants she was not willing to listen to my problem. I wish I could let their CEO know bad the service is.
I was double debited by Afrihost last week. I have sent a request to refund me, but I have sent from pilar to post. Today I have spoken to one their account consultant. He told I will only get my refund after 14 working days. Very poor customer service, this is the money that is due me but it's a mission to get it. I will never refer anyone to Afrihost.
I called Mr Delta yesterday, one of the Old Mutual's insurance rentetion personnel. regarding my insurance renewal schedule. He referred my request to his managers, and they were able to give me a very good insurance premium. Keep up the good work Delta.

Worse service I have ever seen in the insurance industry. I logged a geyser claim a month ago but Momentum is giving me a run around. Everytime I call the call centre the people there are saying they will come back to me but never. I will never recommend someone to Momentum
