I TOOK MY WATCH FOR REPAIR LAST YEAR 2025, IT WAS DECEMBER TIME AND THEY SAID I SHOULD WAIT FOR JANUARY AS THE COMPANY (TEMPO) IS CLOSING AND BRING THE WATCH JANUARY 2026, AFTER THE 15TH. OK, I BROUGHT THE WATCH TO AMERICAN SWISS IN LADYSMITH ON TH 20TH OF JANUARY 2026. UNTIL TODAY IT HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED. EVERY TIME I GO TO THE SHOP THEY HAVE STORIES. 3 WEEKS BACK I WENT BY AND THEY SHOWED ME ON THEIR SYSTEM 'EXPECTED' UNTIL TODAY I HAVE NO COMMUNIQUE FROM THEM.SO, TODAY I WENT BY AND ASKED FOR MY MONEY SINCE THEY DONT HAVE MY WATCH, THEY SAID THE MANAGER IS IN THE MEETING.
My car is financed with standard bank. This is my 4th year never had a problem. Last month November I was double debited, when I phone them it was an issue of rates that was an error, phone them the second time was promised to be refunded not later then 5 days, nothing happened. Today I decided to go and phone to hear they now say I must send the proof of account so I can be paid and I did that. Now I am reading my email they are saying I should send a statement that reflects the double debit. Am furious fffff.I sent proof of account to this email they gave me [email protected]
December 2023, I purchased a fridge on layby. 29-04-2024 I paid it in full. Bradlows in Vryheid in KZN now waiting for my fridge to be delivered, delivery money was included as I purchased it, they say it is out of stock they do not have it. ok, they must refund me my money. I signed their transfer request form and they asked for a certified copy of my ID and my proof of account, submit and they said "Your money Ms Buthelezi will be transferred between 7-14 days. today is the 16th day (24-04-2024) they phone and tell me to scan the receipt(store receipt) as proof that I made those payments... They cannot process the payment. The sales lady is Sbo in Vryheid Bradlows store.
I sent a claim , claim no. 1228332 December 2022, I hit the pothole and it damaged the RF shocker. I was asked to fill the Consent letter and car photos. Did that three days later asked to get a quotation from penal beater and I did so and submit. Now my claim was first attended by Nicolet Viljoen who she handed it to her manager to reopen the claim on 26th of January after me been calling and emailing her, reopening I have no idea who close it as she statement as reopening of claim. ok 06 Feb got sms my claim is now being handled by RJOHNS01. I personal phone the phone provided on the sms unfortunate it was answered by someone else who said she is on phone call, he then took all my details cell phone and email for her/him to call me back. until this day I have not hear from IWYZE. What do I do. Funny enough they do take my money every month.
