I purchased a vehicle through the MMU Group in Modimolle, and more than a month later, the vehicle that I traded in as part of the transaction has still not been settled. Despite numerous follow-ups and requests for confirmation, I was repeatedly misled and provided with what appeared to be false proof of payment documents. As a result of the outstanding settlement, the finance payment for my traded-in vehicle was deducted from my bank account, which caused several of my debit orders to bounce. Before proceeding with the purchase, I specifically asked for assurance that the trade-in vehicle would be settled before month-end, as I could not afford to have two vehicle finance payments deducted from my account simultaneously. I was unequivocally assured that the settlement would definitely be completed before month-end. Unfortunately, this assurance proved to be false, and I have been left dealing with the financial consequences and unnecessary stress caused by this situation.

I have been trying to cancel my Vodacom contact for over a year. They don't answer their cancellation phone line or emails but keep on phoning you to upgrade and sending messages that you are in arrears.
