I wish to express my deepest regrets & frustration regarding Delegato Consulting. I have never experienced such poor services from a company, lack of accountability as well as rude employees. My first dealing was with Iketleng, my experience of her work ethic as well as her character was disgustingly rude, lacked accountability & failed to provide feed whenever she said she will. I had to consistently follow her for what felt like more than 3 months, only to be met with her rude behaviour. I then escalated the matter to her manager, Clifford, I requested a refund & also expressed my distaste in his employees work ethic & behaviour towards me. In true management fashion, he defended his employee & I never received any form of compensation for the poor services that I received. I would not recommend receiving services from this company, unless if you have some sort of personal relations with them, you will then receive better services than from what I experienced.
This company fails to remove an account that has been in arrears for almost 3 years. I have disputed it more than 3 times & have also submitted the paid up letters but still the account is still there. This is creating a negative impact on my credit score.
2 months ago, I requested a refund from my Mr Delivery wallet. The company processed the refund into an account that does not belong to me & now they do not want to take the accountability for it. Instead, they are busy with "investigations" yet my refund has not reflected into my account. I have sent my bank statement a number of times but still they choose to not refund my money. I am at the point of having little to no patience with them.
I settled my outstanding loan yesterday & sent the proof of payment. In return I had requested for a paid up letter in which they declined to give me. Today they debited my again for no reason
I bought some items online over the weekend. Their delivery policy states between 1-2 working days, it has now been 3 working days & I have not received my items. This is a big worry to me!!
I was promised that a delivery was going to be done on the 10th of January, today it is the 13th & the parcel is still with the Sandton office. I have tried calling but nobody is answering the phone
The most poorest customer service I have ever experienced. Today I paid my first installment for a phone that I purchased on the 25th of January 2024. My phone is still requesting for a password, which I do not have, I called customer service to ask them to reset the password so that I am able to gain access again but I did received a dismal response from the consultant. I personally would be surprised if I received a response from them. I strongly advice against taking a cellphone contract against PayJoy as the customer service has *********** people.
What a nightmare to go under debt review with this company. Not only do they not respond to your emails but it's so difficult to get through to their phone line. They don't update your credit profile, this I have now have to manually do myself.
I recently received poor service from the company. I was in liaison with the company owner/founder who assured me that I will receive feedback regarding my application & ever since then it has been radio silent. I have called & texted him but he has ignored me.
May I please get someone to call me from the company. I have been trying to get ahold of anyone since last week Friday, through calls & emails as well.
