Goes against its own policy by allowing certain reported users to continue with bullying and hate speech, no matter how many other users report the bullying, Tiktok seems to enjoy it and allow it to continue. Tiktok is encouraging and promoting disrespect by not taking the reports seriously!
Absolutely pathetic service. I ordered food on 04/01/2026 and the food never arrived. There was no communication from the driver when he arrived and he did not even knock on my door but the status changed to delivered. Uber eats does not have a contact number for customers (the people who make their business!) After opening a ticket on the app and being told that a response will be provided in 24 - 48 hours. There is still no response regarding my refund and it is now 07/01/2026. I was only told that the driver would have left my order in a "secure location" which I have not been notified of to date so my food is either rotting somewhere or already been consumed by these *******!!!
As per my previous review on 2nd December 2025, there has been no feedback and no resolution. New year but clearly still the same pathetic service!!!
Extremely pathetic service. Don't even deserve a single star. Complete lack of understanding, no empathy whatsoever and zero attempt to help clients in a distressful situation. Seems like robots are employed at this company and not one human being with a heart! They are comfortable with leaving a frail mother stuck in another country and taking money for a service that was not utilized although medical reports were provided well in advance with a plea for assistance. They go on without an ounce of remorse!!! They are incapable of putting themselves in the clients shoes of desperation. God forbid it happens to one of them!
Absolutely pathetic service. My granny is 85 years old with Parkinsons disease. We reached the the airport 45 minutes prior to the flight and were told that the flight closes 40 minutes prior. The staff have the most arrogant attitude and were not willing to assist, however last week we were 30 minutes early and put our other 81 year old granny on the flight with no issue. Flysafair was the only ticket sales with a long line of frustrated customer who said they will not be using this airline again. On top of not assisting, they made us pay an additional R900, it was as good as paying for two tickets. Absolutely disappointed in the service from Flysafair!!!
I am absolutely appalled by the fact that Chatsmed hospital seems to have gone to the dogs! My dad who is diabetic and a heart patient had to wait for such a long time and was still not treated, my mum eventually just gave him pain killers and took him home because there's only one doctor in the freaking TRAUMA UNIT!!! Do these people even understand the meaning of TRAUMA?! There was even another lady there who mentioned that she had been waiting for 2 hours and still has not been treated!!! They are quick to take our hard earned money when it comes to medical aid payments but cannot deliver on the service we are paying for!!!
