Still waiting for Mtn to send my my paid up letter since last year,after forwarding proof of payment and now they have this Nudebt company sending me mails and messages that I owe,I DO NOT OWE USELESS MTN ***KOL0 replies

Request for paid up letter from MTN
Paid up my MTN account and requested for paid up letter,and still no reply.The customercare/complaints email reply states that they have a 72 hour turnaround time to attend to emails but since 23/10/2024 still nothing.0 replies
