Good day all i kindly request my paid up letters for my TFG and TRU accounts as i mentioned that i need them argent. the sad part with you guys you can call every 5 min but after paying you dnt reply to us with email Why because the same way you demand the money must also happen when we need our paid up letters pleas as a job hunter they need them please.

I settled my mr price account on the 13th of April 2026 and I haven't received the paid up letter even today. When I call them they don't pick the calls and when I write them an email they responded that my account is not with them and I should contact the credit provider yet they are the one(easton berry agent) who contacted me to settle the account and that I should accept the debi check mandate, they even said they'll send me the paid up letter after settling my account. It has been more than a month now waiting for the paid up letter. I need to submit it to my credit provider as early as possible and to fix my credit history.

I called in to find out why I was still being debitted for an account that shows on my Clearscore that it should have been settled in July 2025. They charged me R59 for the call. Then they decided not to take the last debit by themselves and now want to hold me accountable for it. These people are *******

I have been trying to contact them for almost a year to cancel a debit order mandate as per the instructions i was given from my attorneys handling the voluntary sequestration with no success. None of the office numbers or any of the info contact regarding Easton-berry is working that can be found. Not even ABSA could help me get in touch with them. They are now still trying to debit my account which has put it in to a massive negative balance due to not being allowed to use the same account when i handed myself over. Most useless debt collection company i have ever dealt with, no accountability or trust at all.

Good day. Maybe I can get an answer here. Iv been struggling to get hold of them for 4 years. Iv settled all my debt but my creditors said they received no payments. I would like to know what's going on They send me their account number and iv paid all the money I owe in the same day, it's been 4 years and still no reply and no settlement letters!

I logged a call on the 28 of January 2026 for a paid up letter for my sleepmaster account and even called em they told me i must wait 7 to 10 days for a paid up letter ...as am writing this review no paid up letter from them like what should i do because i wan to clear my name and i wanted to do soo before credit score records come out like am struggling to find a way for them to send my paid up letter
