Absolute horror show. All my lines were blocked. Two contracts and my pay as you go number. Been with telkom mobile for 12 years. Called in, been told I exceeded my limit that was set by in store. I immediately paid in money to have all the numbers unblocked. To be clear absa to Absa payment on the same banking platform the money clears instantly. I was told the money has not cleared, and the hold can't be lifted. I need to wait untill my debit order comes off??? Asked to speak to a manager, who refused to talk to me. As to have my limit increased, they could not do that. 4 different agents could not even log a dispute properly. 30 hours later, I am still not able to use any of my phones. So when we outside wifi areas my entire family phones don't work. Yes its obviously safe. Lol. The company who blocked a loyal customer, with not 1 missed payment ever for 12 years can't assist or unblock me. I will not renew any contract and definately leave this poor excuse for a network provider. They could not help, with tracking my payment, or lifting my limit. All they could do is block my phone. A33 taken on contract via Telkom mobile. What aweful phone. Freezing, keep restarting and phone is 5 months old. This is not due to negligence. Took it back to telkom mobile being told it takes 3 weeks to repair. Had to then take another contract cause I need a phone. So now paying for both. How can allowed, you pay for 24 months phone stops working after 5. Rather get one of the alternative brands.. SAMSUNG has been inferior for years now.
What an aweful company. 2 months to process a partial withdrawal from a preserver account. In addition charging a growth share deduction that was not clear on the agreement. Takes 7 working days for an actuary to respond to a simply question. When i received the response, it was more unclear. They need lessons in English. The document stated i would be charged 4% i was charged 7% with no valid reason. I did not sign for this. Dont invest with Liberty Dont.

Engin Degrendal car wash. I was told the manager drives the cars. i left my car at the was and it was returned with scrathes that will cost 9k to fix. One of the employees drove the car and because of their disclaimer they say they have no liability. This is not accurate, its about proving negligence. They auppose to have 3rd party liability insurance as well. Owner and his son did not apologise, want to assist or support in anyway. How can Engin allow these franchise owners to treat customers like this? I wanted to view the footage amd they did not want to show me. The employee who drove the car told me its his fault, as well as witnesses saying the car was driven into gate. ****en aweful place...
