I placed an order on the 18th late at night but by the morning I realized I made a mistake and missed something. Early the next morning I emailed the email address listed, to ask If they can ammend my order. It is now the 22nd and I have not received any reply or update on my order. I phoned in at 10am and the person was very friendly. I asked about my order which he confirmed. I then asked him if I can cancel my order so that I can re order with the correct items. He told me that he will let them know and that they will send me a confirmation email shortly. I need to get the confirmation before I can place the new corrected order but by 2pm I have still not received anything. I phoned again, this time to the accounts department. Once again they confirmed my order details and asked to cancel my order. She then also told me that she is going to send the details to the correct person right now and then phone me back. It is now 4pm and no one phoned back or sent me any emails. It feels like a black hole where you can phone, email, they just say yes sir, right away sir and then nothing happens.
Excellent service but quoite a long wait for your turn to get installed because they are so fully booked.
