Lack of services and support from Evotel and MWebb
My fibre line dropped the 1st time about a week and few days ago. The fibre line had dropped again and I have had no internet for over a week. I send emails and call the Evotel support number with no assistance. To date I haven't received a call from a technician and there seems to be no resolution in site. I am extremely frustrated and have a child that does online schooling and missed out on over 10 online classes. I'm not in arrears on my account and pay promptly each month. I spoke to Somila and no clear guidance was given on when my service will be restored.9 replies
