Shocking service

Absolutely shocking experience at levingers morning side shopping Centre. They promised to compete the work in three days and when I went to collect on the third day of the work had not even begun. They then tried to rush to complete the work that morning whilst I had to make other arrangements for the items I had sent to them upon requesting a refund as they did not provide the service in the timeframe that was required they refused stating that because they had rushed to compete the work that it was done. I would avoid this brand like the absolute plague their prices are extremely high and they will take advantage of you I have not been to one branch that has ever provided a professional service or at a reasonable price. This will be the very last time I used their service and I am considering legal action against them for not refunding me.

False advertising of in-store embroidery. Designs need to be emailed in advance and waiting period is 3 days

3 Month waiting time for services apparently

My vehicle has been in for a service now for 3 weeks and they have no ETA on completion. Apparently, a system has been down since November and will remain down till March.... No point in purchasing a Mercedes if they cant service them.

Stay away from axxess!!

Ridiculous company! Spend hours and hours on the phone with them and no resolution what so ever. Call centre is rude and unhelpful. A manager is never available to assist. Never received such bad service before….

Shocking service! - no contact

Absolutely no communication from Vumatel when trying to active a line with axxess. Both services are shocking!! Been nearly two weeks and not a single attempt to be contacted. They say they have tried but I have zero record of any attempts
