finally decided to leave 1 Grid! Program is they are not helping me to with my email and website backups. The calls are dropped, i am told the cancellation team will be back and still no help at all.. my emails have not been working again in less then 2 weeks.
I am extremely frustrated with the service I have been receiving from 1Grid. My email issues have been ongoing for weeks now, and despite calling multiple times since last week, nothing has been properly resolved. Each time I contact support, I am told that they are “assisting,” yet the problems continue with no real solution. Currently, emails are not going through to certain email addresses, and we are even unable to send emails internally within our own organisation. This is affecting our daily operations and communication with clients. What is most disappointing is that this has become a recurring issue. I experience the same email problems almost every two weeks, which is completely unacceptable for a business hosting and email service provider. Constant disruptions like this negatively impact productivity and professionalism. I expected a far more reliable service and better technical support from 1Grid.
My emails are not working. Last month i had the same problem, it took days before i was assisted. I have lodged a ticket that has not been attended. 1 Grid members are not being helpful.
I am extremely frustrated with the level of service I have received from 1-Grid regarding my email hosting. A weeks ago, I created a new email account, but I was unable to set it up due to a server error. I immediately raised a support ticket and also contacted 1-Grid telephonically for assistance. The first consultant I spoke to, Sfundo, placed me on hold while he “checked with someone” and eventually dropped the call without resolving the issue. I called again, and unfortunately experienced the same poor service — I was placed on hold and the call was dropped again without any assistance. Following this, I resorted to email communication to resolve the issue. Over the past week, I have been repeatedly asked to provide information such as screenshots and server details — all of which I promptly submitted. Despite providing everything requested, there has been no resolution. Today — a full week later — I received feedback stating that they have identified it as a server error, which is exactly what I have been reporting from the beginning. To date, the issue remains unresolved. This has now directly impacted my business operations, as my new employee who started a week ago still does not have a working email account. I am extremely disappointed by the inefficiency, lack of urgency, and poor customer service displayed by 1-Grid. This matter should have been resolved promptly, especially given that it is clearly a server-side issue.
Don’t come to the Westway office park Center , most of the time there is no nertwok and with the center WiFi they we depend on as clients, when that goes down they take 3 day sometimes to fix the internet! As I write this we have no internet from yesterday at 10:15am till today , it is now the following day at 11:17am without any concrete feedback
From the 6 October 2025 till today, I have not been receiving my emails. I have called 1 grid, spoke to Viwe Mdan***i for the past three days, TOTAL waste of time. Today he spent the entire day saying he was retrieving my emails with no success. Eventually I asked to speak to his team leader Peter Hosman, and he kept me holding for 30 minutes because he was on the call. He eventually showed up to tell me that "unfortunately they cannot retrieve my emails for the last three days. I hate 1 Grid's service! it is pathetic! please anyone give me suggestion of a good company that I can go to.
I am so disappointed with the service that I have received. I'm going on my third week; my emails are not working. I have called, created tickets still nothing. now I sent another ticket requesting for my email and website backups still no respond. I would really like my backups so I can move to another company.
I have been with the company from 2022, I am so disappointed with the bad service that i have received from July 2024 till now. My emails are not working, i keep getting reports from my partners of emails not being delivered. I would call them and stay on the line for over 30 minutes and still there has been no change. I have opened tickets and they tell me that my emails are now working and NOTHING. My partners are now talking to me on my gmail account, i have tried to report the same issue more then three times.
Yibanathi - Amazing customer service, very patient and helpful. She assisted with everything I needed and went an extra mile to make sure we complete the email set up. Very impressed with 1-grid's customer service.
