Regus is a big **** that I advise no one to take their office rental .After being a loyal tenant of Regus for four years .I tired to end my contract on the Regus app before my contract expired but the app had technical difficulties and did not allow me to do this .I cancelled my contract with one months notice and I was informed that my contract has auto-renewed for the same 6 month term as my pervious agreement that had expired.I am informed that in order for my agreement to be cancelled I need to pay for the remaining other 6 months of the new lease agreement that has auto-renewed .According to the Consumer Protection Act under CPA 68 of 2008,when a lease agreement has expired,a lease agreement renews to a month to month lease agreement,until a one months calendar notice has been received .Regus is demanding I pay for the remaining 6 months ,which I have already signed a new lease agreement with my new landlord at my new office premises.Regus is going against the consumer protection act and they have requested my business financial statement so that the Consumer Protection Act can apply to me .I no problem giving them my business financial statements but all I have requested of them is to sign my company consent form so I know my information is protected as a company we also have proceeds .Regus informed me that they are not allowed to sign any consent form from any other company .This matter has been going back and fourth for two months now.What a **** of a company that does not operate within the laws of South Africa .Westway Office Park Regus in Westville South Africa is a big **** and you should not rent with any Regus office .I have also asked for my deposit statement but they are not sending it to me .I seek assistance in this matter .My email address is [email protected] contact number is 0764656956 Jacinta Zinhle MaNgobese Zuma RegusEconomic Freedom FightersIFP

I write this response with much disappointment as been a loyal paying client of Regus for over four years at the Westway Office Park (Durban ).My rental lease agreement currently has two lease agreements with Regus.One that is expiring on the 30th of April 2026 and the other expired on the 28th of February 2026.Before the 28th of February 2026 I went into my Regus app on my phone .I pressed the option to opt out of the lease agreement as I no longer wanted to renew my lease agreement with Regus but the app had technical difficulties that did not allow me to do this .My lease agreement was therefore auto renewed to end on the 30th of September 2026 .It is not my fault that the Regus app had technical difficulties that did not allow me to perform my desired cancellation of the lease agreement .I have sent numerous emails to my Westway Regus centre manager but she is choosing not to respond to my emails and she sees me physically at the office in numerous different occasions and she still chooses not to engage me .I have tired to solve this matter with Regus internally by sending numerous emails but this is not helping me and I have had to result to taking this matter to this platform.What a great disappointment to Regus which I have been with for four years.The company has lowered its standard of service and is no longer the brand I know it to be two years ago .I hope to hear from Regus soon on this matter.My email is [email protected] and my contact number is 0764656956.

I have been at this location for nearly six months and the experience has been a massive letdown regarding their 'support' services. Despite being billed for IT support, my phone system still does not work. You will receive invoices promptly, but actual technical assistance is nonexistent. I highly recommend avoiding Regus unless you have a strong legal team to hold them to their contract. Once you sign the lease, you are effectively on your own for the remainder of the term.

I have been at this location for nearly six months and the experience has been a massive letdown regarding their 'support' services. Despite being billed for IT support, my phone system still does not work. You will receive invoices promptly, but actual technical assistance is nonexistent. I highly recommend avoiding Regus unless you have a strong legal team to hold them to their contract. Once you sign the lease, you are effectively on your own for the remainder of the term.

1 star is too much. Charge you late payment fees even though you dont receive invoices, but never reply to emails when you request anything. Honestly, I would rather reccommend VBS as a banking solution than thse guys as an option for office rentals.

If I could give zero I would. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR AN OFFICE SPACE THERE. YOU WILL LIVE TO REGRET IT. You can never get a hold of their accounts department. They never respond to e-mails. They promise to call you back and never do. When you call someone who can't help you picks up and promises to tell someone to call you and you never get called. WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE.

I was looking for a office work space for a day for an important meeting. I googled and came across Regus which falls under International Workplace Group. I sent a message via their website. Only to receive a response from one of their sales representatives and I stated what I needed. Never got a response after that. Then I received another email from their sales department. I stated once again what I needed. I was asked to provide my cell number and time to be contacted. I was promised to be called at 15h00 sharp. That time I made a request it was in the morning around 11am. I waited for my call at 15h00. Nothing happened. At 15h15 I sent another email to the daid person that promised that one of their representatives will call me at 15h00 sharp. She said she has escalated the matter to the manager and I will be called immediately. I waited again and around 15h45 I sent another email. She apologized and said I will be called. I explained that I needed to book and confirm that before as I would like to use the space on the 8th of January 2026 for my meeting. Once again she promised me a call but nothing happened again. I sent another email telling her that I will look for another service provider then she apologized and offered me that they options of being called the next day on the 8th from 9am - 4pm while I needed to book and confirm the space before the 8th as my meeting was set for 8th at 17h00. I am very disappointed to say the least. At some point I thought I was speaking to an automated machine but the signature on the email confirmed it was a real person. The first email came from Fatima Koning ( Chief Commercial Officer) then no response, and then from Thabo Nkosi ( Account Manager) then Jenny McDarmit whom promised me that I will be called be and she took my contact number and confirmed the time. It took me almost the whole day trying to secure a workspace or meeting room of which never happened. What a bad service from them and I was looking into using their spaces on a full time basis. I am shocked and utterly disappointed with their service. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
