Placing my order was quick and easy, the perfume was for a family members birthday and he absolutely loves it!! I placed the order sunday night and monday morning i got an email saying its ready for collection. Will definitely be placing more orders in the future😊😊
The worst damn place to gst aa contract, there is absolutely no way to speak to an actual human being, everything needs to be done via the damn app or website and when one cancels a damn contract they dont process the cancellation, instead they keep charging for no payments i guess thats how they keep the lights on.
I placed an order with Takealot so many times before, never did I experience such ridiculous service!!! My order was placed on the 1st November 2022 and delivered on the 4th November 2022. To my surprise I opened the box and found a completely different item to what I ordered. I informed Takealot of the mistake and was told the 7th November collection will take place. On the 9th November the incorrect item was collected and up till today I've received no communication as to where the parcel is and how long until I get my money back, each consultant tells me the same thing "once the item is at the warehouse and evaluated only then will the return be processed. Keep in mind I used payflex as a payment option and today happens to be the day for my debit order!!! I am not paying for an item I do not have...this failed payment leaves a nasty mark on my name and reputation, I am one to pay on time!!!this is pathetic. There is no contact number or email address to get in contact with customer service. Never am I using Takealot again.
I am having the most annoying experience with take alot, I placed an order for an automatic breast pump on the 1st of November, the parcel was delivered to me on the 4th of November.i ordered an automatic breast pump @ R1695. I needed the item asap but there was no option for next day delivery so i had to wait the 3 days for the item, When I received the parcel and opened it to my disappointment it was the incorrect item, a bottle warmer and sterilizer was sent to me instead . I understand that it was an accident and did not complain because anyone can make a mistake so I contacted Takealot immediately and was told that collection will only be on the 7th. Today is the 9th and no collection , no communication and i am still without the item I need. I am a regular customer with Takealot and had no issues before but this is ridiculous!!! They made no effort to correct this mistake this is unprofessional and unacceptable
