On 3 may 2026 I lodge a claim coz my kitchen floor tiles was lifting up and cracks when u walked over it.I phoned again on 4 may 2026 and discovered that complaint wasn't reported as an emergency. On 4 May they send someone to assess and on 6 May Sanela phoned to say the claim was rejected and I must gt my own contractor and paid for it myself.Im a pensioner and always see that my payments are paid up for this kind of incidents. The floor is not fixed yet and it's inconvenient for me to use the kitchen like I use to.Please assist me in this matter
I ordered drom temu and the parcel was supposed to be delivered by 23 October 2025 I phoned since 23 October 2025 and the package ddnt arrived yet and the function at 17h on 25 October 2025.I used so far R250 for airtime because according to the receptionist the parcel supposed to be delivered soon and it's Saturday already. Still no communication or apologies from GF express
On woman's day me and granddaughter visited the salon jean Paul at shoprite park Chinatown the service was great and they helped us although we ddnt had an appointment.They are working together like a family and u'll always feel welcome.

I bought stuff in November 2024 on 6mnths payments at R365,50 but instead I paid R370 from December 2024 till February 2025 now elise veldsman send me a invoice to say I still owe them coz according to them interest wasn't added .I told her it's not my problem they must solve it.

It's always relaxing to have breakfast lunch or supper at spur N1 city .The manager Armand constantly checking up on customers to see if they are fine and happy about the service. He have great customer care skills.

The manager of kjb ddnt respond only the person who was incharge of the project Omar said the management will contact me but so Farr nothing, the walls inside my house getting worse I don't what kind service that is.The best way is to make contact with me or refund or clean up their mess.
Aftee Oobasure reject my claim of cracks in the house we decided to pay out of pockets and let it fixed by Kjb maintenance and paid R17500, After a eek the cracks wer there again and the rooms wer painted with gloss paint but they used waterpaint. Omar was incharge of the project its been 2mnths ago and he just make promises to fix it .It's been 2mnths and still promises. I thought they are a professional s but honestly did a sloppy job.I just want them to fix the problem.Omars cell 0633271955
