Please, please, if you don't want heart attack to strike you fast don't bid anything online with these guys. I am a victim of circumstances where I have bought numerous things on them. I did everything to make sure I have paid my bill on time and in full. But when we came to the delivery, they said some of my items were ****** before delivery and those delivered some of them are not working ,they don't want to refund me since last year October 2025 until today 22 January 2026. These time they are no longer responding to my call and my whatsapp. Up to now, I think I should just admit that I have been de*****ed it do happens in South Africa, it is normal to the customers.. I am warning everyone who wants to make business with these people to be very careful. I spoke to a guy by the name of Sianda and Sbu and Dhivashen and they failed to help me. They are the staff members of Aucor Auctioneers.
These people are *****sters. I paid for a courier service on the item I bought online and request , but they never delivered my items. When I called them, they said their cars were having breakdowns and that they would send someone to collect the goods, but no one came. They never notify me on time. They refused to refund my money even though they failed to deliver my stuff.
The service is not guaranteed, there is always four to five days of no service and when months come they double the debit order. When you tell them they will tell you that there is nothing like that on their system, so it is not easy to contact them and no follow up on their side if you have problem.
It was about 16h45 when I get inside PEP store at Phangami Mall to buy new starter pack. But unfortunately, things did not work out well even if Rica was done in-store. I failed to register it on the Network. The following morning i went back to explain the problem but was ready to buy another new starter pack. There was another women called herself a manager said who denied to sell me a starter pack because I was refusing to buy another R10 airtime for the new starter pack. I explained that yesterday when I bought that new starter, I was forced to buy R10 airtime which I did not use it, because the SIM card did not go through and I was so disappointed by her behaviour towards the customer. I think you better take her for training in customer care service because she is not friendly at all. When I asked to speak to speak to someone except her she said she was the only store manager. Thank you.
These people are not good, they allow me to place where they know that they are out of stock and are not giving me a refund option because they cannot deliver items in due time
