Value Logistics / value express just deliver a parcel from makro The delivery guys are arrogant in professional They drive in to my yard over newly planted lawn run down my sprayer embedded in the ground After they drive back over my sprayer and then park in the street they delivered the parcel And push paper in my hand and said sign I signed it give back to them Then they tell me that I must complete my details why didn't the tell me so from the beginning but it is because they arrogant and van talk properly I refused to open again my door to receive the paper back to complete my details They swear and walk away This is poor customer service

I order Saturday 2025-08-30 stuff from makro online on Sunday I order again as some of the stuff I ordered was cancelled by makro Today 2025-09-02 my parcel of Sunday arrived but mu order from Saturday is not received I phone makro and the online manager cannot Give me a proper answer of where my first parcel is just it is handed over to courier guy But according to courier guy the received only one parcel when I told him I want a proper answer from him they must found out where my parcel is as I pay makro he kept quiet for a while and then drop the phone I phone the switch board and they refused to put me through to the store manager I wander now what makro excuse is this time as in December it was was high volume of work in the festive time it's now September
