By far the worst removal company ever. They nag you to make payment and then they do not answer their phones. They put an emergency contact number on their website that no one answers. They made us pay R1800 extra for storage, they put our furniture in H & M storage that do not answer their phones either. We have our furniture in a storage unit that we do not have access to, we need certain items that we cannot get. Both companies are honestly pathetic.

I have had the worst service ever. This company is honestly going down. I ordered something. Firstly my order was late, I had to wait for the driver who kept saying they on their way then they send me the wrong order which was incomplete, therefore not all the parts were there. They really are getting pathetic
I would like to say how sad it is to see old people standing in long queues for hours. We stand in queues on a Saturday like we standing in a government office. There are two people working in that bank. It's really poor service and I'm very unhappy with the service.
Hi I am very disappointed in the pathetic service I am receiving continuously from ABSA and now is definitely the time to add you guys on Hello Peter. Firstly, when opening up my account, I had a very bad experience to a point where I literally had to beg for you to sort it out as my salary was to be paid in the account. Now I applied for a loan where I was pre-approved for R70k and was told that someone will contact me, no one has ever since, and all documents have been sent as requested. Trying to get through to someone at ABSA is worse that calling one of the government departments, which is so sad as this is a private company that deals with people’s money. I have laid a complaint before, and a consultant contacted me and apologized but what’s the use apologizing when the service remains the same? I know for a fact that I am not the only person complaining about your service and many people are closing their accounts due to the service. It is truly sad. Your consultants act as though they are doing us a favour. Kind Regards
