Lame
The level 6 Google review,tik Tok? Insta says it all, but after the management bullying, the place will never go anywhere, I saw the business opportuny! Even if to buy it, what a joke, zero management, Lame WiFi terrible service! It was full, 5 weeks ago, what happend, abusive management, no bands,service has improved! Cause there only 3 tables, dead in a 50k night,... Good luck

Avoid Checkers Design Quarter
This relates to the branch at design quarter Not being able to buy loose potatoes, cause they are it if stock, yet they have 5 bags unopened in the floor, I tried to find three manager, her photo is displayed in front of the store, I was lead on a wild goose chase through the store, no manager, the assistant couldn't help me at the grocery counter, as the staff still refused to open any bags of potatoes, I contacted the customer call line, very polite, got a reference number, then a gargled phone call from the manageress, begging me to give them another chance, I honestly won't be back to that usless branch, or a Checkers in the near future, is not the first complaint about that branch, possibly the 8th, yet nothing is ever done, I can't even use my 60/60 card to avoid the bad service and have shopping delivered, because it's the nearest branch, and I'm now stuck with them..... Now moving to pick n pay

Goodbye management, kitchen staff now run your Resturant
For the last 3 years kids eat free on Sundays, as a single parent with 2 kids, it's never been an issue, however today in order to qualify for the deal, I have to order 2 meals, so my kids can eat free, yet the food item we wanted still is out of stock,( only for the Last 2 years) yet it's still on the menu, ) also strange that this new rule I've just been told has come from the kitchen staff,,... I'll let head office international and Canada know, so that this can be clearly stated in the kiddies/ menu in writing.

Why bother
Amazing to walk in, go to the bathroom, smoke an entire cigarette, ( 9 mins) and still not get served, while you watch 7 staff members gold napkins.... Clearly no longer a bar

Amazing special. Wish it was advertised! Outside it says buy 2 Castle light draughts, get one free... Turns out if you but one you get one free.... If everyone heard about this there would be more than 6 people here

Children no longer allowed inside kfc
I've just been to the douglasdale branch and informed that children are not permitted inside the shop, not inner of the 5 staff members could give me a reason, I'm not going to let my 6 year old child stand outside unattended in a busy parking lot, this will be my last trip to KFC, there is also no sign outside telling me what age children will be allowed in, I'll come back when he's 18.. utterly disgusted when these news rules are unforced by three member of staff who sprays hands.

Omg really slow
Great burger, pity that the small amount of sauce ends in 3 bites, then it's back to really slow service, and even slower free WiFi, nice venue, friendly staff, but everything happens in slow motion. Be warned

Avoid movies@monte
I could not purchase a pack of jelly beans, 2 families bought all the specials and needed one more pack of jelly beans, I stood in the queue again and was told I could buy wine gums not jelly beans. Even though I previously had the choice, I would have to buy the entire special again. The cashier was no help, I found the manager who refused... Over a simple pack of wine gums he explains that's the way it is. My 5 year old in question don't understand why he was left out and couldn't get a pack of jelly beans. I went across from the entrance to another shop and bought 2 packs at R9 each not to mention your R25 price tag, what Lame service from management, in this day and age where cinemas are a dying art form you would think more effort would be made... In future I would rather download the movie on my 4k TV with better sound ,hot popcorn , sweets and way cheaper than the terrible movie experience you offer! You could possibly try clean the screen in cinema 5. Is appalling. So sad as a cinematographer of over 60 international features that my child has to endure a lame cinematic experience.i expected more from Monte. And will make it very public on all social media
