Quality service

Went to fill up our 2 water tanks the other day. The service was prompt friendly and the assistant even offered to carry the full tanks to our vehicle. I also got a pensioners discount for the total of 30 liters that we bought. Excellent service.

Trip experience

Goodday I recently made a trip to Cape Town from port Elizabeth. When I booked my return ticket my ticket indicated "bluesky" bus service, which I think operate in tandem with intercape bus service. In both instances (going to and coming from) we got transfered via their booking system, from bluesky to intercape. Resulting in us leaving much later than the time indicated on our ticket. That for me is complaint no1 Complaint no 2:the Co driver do not make announcements along the routes when making pickups or dropoffs or announce when we arrive in different towns along the way. The result was that few passengers that didn't know the route well was unsure where to get off. WAYS OF IMPROVING give reliable info when passengers book their tickets. Stick to the times indicated on your ticket as many passengers have to make arrangements to be either picked up or then dropped off. 2.the driver or then Co driver must announce throughout the trip and update on critical or useful information.

Bad service

Visited KFC in nanaga today. All we wanted to buy was 2 cones. Only to get to the front desk and hear that they don't have an ice cream machine. Nowhere is that indicated. They advertise it on the menu. When I complained, the assistant looked the other way. That's after we waited long in a short queue because they all looked tired and uninterested. Absolutely poor service, im not impressed. It's my wife's birthday and I wanted to buy some cones. Please let KFC know that im not a loafer and I Wil spread this message far and wide about their **** service.
