I am disappointed with your contact centre; no one is answering, calls have been hung up since last night. I am trying to be assisted from calling for collections to now trying to claim, as we've contacted another service provider, two mountain is the pit I want my money before I pull out with a dead person in your doors, shame
I had a friendly encounter with Inga Ntetha while quoting me for car insurance, Unfortunately I couldn't take the insurance but he made sure that he told me about other services outsurance has and gave the best deal on my motor warranty which I have accepted the quote, I am happy to join the Outsurance home
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Kia Randburg. On August 5, 2024, at 14:15, I called to book my car for repairs, and the representative assured me that I could bring it in on August 6th. However, when I arrived the next day, I was informed by Nkosingiphile that my car had never been booked. She explained that without a proper booking, the technicians would not be able to take my car in, which seemed unfair since I followed the instructions I was given. This situation is particularly frustrating as I had previously complained about an unresolved issue that persisted even after an adjustment was made during a prior service. I was also informed that there are only two technicians available, which seems insufficient given the demand. Now, after using my own time and petrol to bring my car in, I’m left with nothing but inconvenience and disappointment. I expected better from Kia Randburg and am very dissatisfied with how my situation was handled. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve the service for future customers.

I had an issue with matrix My panic button it is not working, I tried using it and they did not assist me, I made couple of phone calls still i hold until I get tired they dont answer their phones if I get lucky to get someone they transferme to another department i continue to hold min of 30 minutes n I will hang up, I haave tried to send emails too like I am not being assisted they dont respond to anything am paying for nothing, but if I want to cancel their unit they tell me to pay for cancellation fee for a unit that am paying and not using dont join MATRIX they are not helpful.
