There are TWO hard enquiries on my credit report. One from Standard Bank power curve, and another from SBSA-Client coverage consumer client. I do not bank with Standard Bank and have not app**** for products or services from you. These enquiries are damaging my credit score! Please resolve this immediately!

I applied for a loan on the 10th of August. All documents have been sent, Debi-Check approved etc. Since that day, my loan is still being "reviewed". I need to know where I stand regarding this so an alternative plan can be made if you have no intention of granting me the loan.
