The company claims to be local which (products come from China) We placed an order on1 December 2025. Order only 9 January 2026. All tracking clearly showed that products are shipped from China. Products are also from an inferior quality. There is no physical address or telephone number, just an email address which they also don't respond on. Just a waste of money and time.
I did not read all the exclusions on the policy and did not realize it was only for in hospital shortfalls. I submitted claims for all expenses not covered by my medical aid and all were rejected. They also did not pay my claim for in hospital physio treatment on Sundays not covered by my medical aid. Because of this limited cover I cancelled my membership in February 2025. They again deducted debit orders end February and end March. I informed them in February and March about this mistake and requested a refund. I was promised on 2 March that I will receive a refund within 2-5 days. It is now 7 days later and I still have not received any refund.
I placed two orders on the Woolworths Dash system which could not be delivered due to the delivery address not being serviced by the Dash application. Payment was processed in spite of this. I received credits for the non-delivery without the tip portions of the delivery. When I enquired about this, I was told tips are deducted before the orders are processed. My question now is who received this tip as no delivery took place? They refused to refund me. If this happens to many customers somebody in Woolworths is taking money fraudulently.
Since November 2015 newspaper is delivered late and not according to instructions. It has been reported almost on a daily basis without the problem being resolved. I was also promised a refund for all the days where delivery did not take place or wrong newspapers were delivered. This also did not happen.
The Past 4 months I had no coverage or poor coverage in the Linmeyer area. So frustrating as you try to make a call or busy that is either cut off or lost completely.
