Dec '25 I ordered expensive shoes. The incorrect size came and they REFUSE TO respond favourably. There is excuse after excuse. This is not a LOCAL SA Company. I am assuming CHINA. I am still waiting for the exchange of the correct size. THERE IS NO RESPONSE on when I may receive the correct Order, since December 2025. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY> I will post positIvely if I receive the correct shoes. Thank you kindly

This is the cheapest stuff I have yet received on any mail order !!!! Ill fitting and of poor Quality! Keep ignoring any return requests Now they want to pay me 10% of total amount paid so that I can keep the junk they sent me !!!!

What a terrible experience, my partner has ordered 3 blouses from Ava and Rose in the middle of November, as a Christmas surprise. - not cheap @ R995 per top...the blouses arrived on the 29h of December - which wasn't the reason for wanting to return the items as per their return policy advertised. The reason for wanting to return the tops, is the atrocious quality of the fabric, the shapelessness of the blouses, the lack of proper design, the misleading visuals on their website, the non breathability of the material....the tops are in no way or form remotely representing the item being advertised. I have sent 4 emails as per their advertised request to initiate the return/refund with zero response. After posting on their fb page they are now "offering a 10% goodwill discount " if Im.preoared to "keep" the blouses.....I DONT want the blouses, they are of no value to me - I want my money refunded as per their advertised policy. Putting the experience out there for people to be made aware of companies ****ming the public with false advertising promising quality items, but selling *******

Ava & Rose’s advertising is completely misleading! The advert promised: “Order before 11 and receive your order the next day.” I ordered after 11, fully prepared to wait a little longer. What I did not expect was to receive tracking from China and wait an entire month for delivery. When the order finally arrived, it was the WRONG size. Customer service then told me they would send the correct size, but I’d have to pay the delivery fee. I agreed, even though this was their mistake. They also said I could keep the incorrect size – which I do NOT want. Now, my emails are being ignored, and there is no other way to contact Ava & Rose except email. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of accountability.

The company claims to be local which (products come from China) We placed an order on1 December 2025. Order only 9 January 2026. All tracking clearly showed that products are shipped from China. Products are also from an inferior quality. There is no physical address or telephone number, just an email address which they also don't respond on. Just a waste of money and time.
