Warning about using Advance Security listed on Bark with rating 5 (questionable). I can not believe that is the actual rating. The owner of Advance Security quoted me on installing and relocating security cameras. A few of the cameras have distorted video and he promised to fixed but never did. Before easter weekend I received a message from owner begging for money to take his family on holiday for the long weekend. I felt it was very unprofessional since he did not feel like working that day. If he worked that day before the long weekend, I would have paid him the balance of the quote. He also quoted on electric fence maintenance for me. I paid him R4500 deposit and since then he has been making excuses every day but has not been back since then (a week ago) Last time I saw him he explained that his ladder was ****** due to him drinking in a pub and not 'realizing' he had his ladder strapped on his car??? Anyway I lent him my ladder and now he is using MY LADDER on other jobs but does not have time to start work on the electric fence. Please be careful using bark contractors. This is not the first time I have had a VERY VERY bad experience with contractors listed on BARK Hey BARK team, who is the admin of the listed contractors' reviews? Why is my very hones review of Advance Security not available on his space on BARK?
Extremely impressed with the after-sales support from Trust Solar. I had a minor technical question a few months after installation, and their team was responsive and incredibly helpful. It is rare to find a company that stays this committed to their customers long after the final payment. Highly recommend!
Old Mutual, you can not be serious about the 'added security' feature on your registration process. I am not able to register without Old mutual needing to violate my privacy and security via my camera first? ARE YOU KIDDING? You need a photo before I can register? Keep your registration. I don not need your products.

I ordered a hose and after two weeks of nothing from them started querying. I was promised last Friday and this was the response late on Friday. I requested a refund and will be sure not to make the same mistake again. Absolutely pathetc Good day Irene, I was informed that all delivers be put on hold until next week due to vehicle troubles. I asked what about their other vehicle and their response was that the other vehicle is in the shop. I told them they could have warned me to tell my clients so that they don't sit and wait. I do sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and terrible service. I will schedule your delivery for next week. I did inform them to either use truck hire or get another vehicle.
I must say that I have never in my live seen a more un-user-friendly customer portal. Oh yes and the tickets are closed and customer questions are ignored. Do better cool ideas. How can I see my debit order details. I changed it based on the stupid portal but there is no way to know if it even updated. so stupid!!! and guess what - the debit order did not go off!!!!!!!!!!! So it is pretty much useless
I have paid the deinstallation fee and Clint Strauss set up the deinstallation process for today 24th April. BUT don't expect them to give you ANY indication of when or who will be doing the deinstallation after requesting Clint Strauss to provide the information. Nope, also don't expect GoSolr and/or Clint Strauss and/or the deinstallation company to confirm with you, or even confirm that it will still happen today. Hellopeter - please make ZERO star rating possible for GoSolr.
Not only do GoSolr ignore you when you want to start deinstallation process, GoSolr is unwilling or unable to cancel debit order. Again getting NO response from GoSolr
Once again I wish there was a ZERO star option and need a ZERO start option for GoSolr. Its been 3 years with GoSolr and I want to start deinstallation process due to absolute horrific customer service and frustration. But it seems that GoSolr's policy is to ignore you if you want to start the deinstallation process. I have logged multiple requests to start the process with ZERO response. Customers will need to get creative in order to get a response from them.
It seems like the new thing is - delivery at your address is optional. The stupid delivery drivers will leave it with ANYONE. My order was left with someone called David. Not at my address. David claims to be my friend. Now he received a FREE gift from me. stupid driver just decided it was a good day to gift my R1300 item to someone called David
