Bought a tank combo online. Combo consists of a tank, pump and filters. 5 Weeks later still no delivery. Phoned every week only to get told "should be this week". But nothing happens. Totally unacceptable.

DO NOT USE ROTOTANK YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!! Please refrain from using Rototank their service is really bad. They don get back to you as they promise. They send you from pillar to post when there is a problem and NO ONE will sort it out NOT even Valin Reddy whom is the Reginal so called manager. And this after we paid THOUSAND of rands to them for our order. I then requested to speak to someone higher and no one is willing to give me any contact information for Terry Stanley or Spike Lemmer. Our issue has been going on for weeks now.

Free delivery is a super bonus. Friendly staff and I am chufed that I am buying the Strongest tank in South Africa. the pump is running super silent. Whole packages was great value for money I could have chosen to let Rototank also install.

Absolutely shocking service! I sent my pump in for repair a month ago, and since then, I have had to consistently follow up on its status. I am currently waiting for an update from 5 days ago, and I have no idea when I might be getting my pump back. Just to get a quote took 2 weeks, with constant follow-up required.

The way the George branch does business is really unfair to customers. We’ve been buying from them for the past two years and have been very patient but this is now totally unacceptable. We ordered the combo 600l septic tanks in FEBRUARY already and about only a month later they delivered the tanks alone with no connectors. For over a month now we’re fighting for the rest of the delivery. Henk acknowledged the mistake and promised to deliver them then started ignoring us. I got through to a new manager who is also now ignoring us after explaining everything. This is unfair can we please have our connectors or a refund and you can come take your tanks. Think about us and not just yourselves for once please.

Bought 5 x 1000lt tanks + 1.5kw pump and cover They only had stock of 2 tanks and the other 3 arrived 3-4weeks later and 4 of the 5 tanks were leaking that our plumber had to fix. The pump was a second hand pump, after the installation the pump wasn’t working and our plumber realised the pump had rust etc in. I WhatsApp the manager and he informed me he has a new one sealed in a box for me. To date I dis not receive a manual with the new pump and Roto is refusing to pay the removal and re installation fee of our plumber! The pump cover was never received and they had to credit it. I have reached out to head office as well and it falls on deaf ears and the manager of Richardsbay is the rudest person after I was patient the whole time. I had to pay the plumber the additional fees now as well

I purchased a 500l roto tank online and paid for it The tank in the online application is a green shiny tank with 2 red caps for the innflow/outflow pipes. The tank was delivered on 25 March 2026. It was Grey faded 500 l tank, with scuff marks all over it, has rust marks on it, had about 5l of dirty water in it. There is no inflow/ outflow holes. The bottom end of the tank is dirty. The date stamp on the top of the tank shows 20 with an arrow pointing to 9. Not sure if it means that the tank was manufactured in Sept 2020? When we phoned the Roto tank pmburg office the lady, stated that it is a new tank. I have taken photos of the tank and have sent them to Roto tanks I will never buy from Roto tanks Pmburg ever again My Lesson: never buy water tanks online

Ordered online a "TankVac 50mm Kit". Paid R 150 to have it delivered and whilst i don't expect an overnight delivery to Knysna but considering it came from George and no further than 70 km it took 15 days to deliver. I had to phone a multitude of times and that was fruitless. Disgusting, pathetic, unprofessional and honestly abysmal. If there was not a water shortage issue in SA your business I believe would fail. I have a total of 5 different tanks that required the item and thanks I'll build my own rather than have the displeasure of using your terrible service.
