I would like to file a complaint based on No supply since 26/03/2026 time is 05:30 am. I've been reporting the issue through Alfred chatbot and asked family members to call on my behalf because its been days without electricity and I have two kids under 3 years. My last born is showing signs of ashtma due to drinking and eating cold food and has flue and tight chest, I cant bathe my kids in warm water and this is unhygienic for them as they follow a strict routine to keep clean and well fed. My meter has credits/units however there is no electricity. I've tried testing the main switch and the meter box has a red switch that goes up and down so based on that we have no power. The neighbors tried to check the street box and there is no faults. Today I went to Eskom khayelitsha to show them how severely sick my baby is, and also for them to get an engineer to go fix my meter but the lady said I need to wait an extra 3 days as my meter issue/report just got approved or acknowledged. What does that mean 5 days without supply and having to wait again!? This is unacceptable and I see how the Eskom district in Khayelitsha treats people. It's ********* and one consultant literally left a customer at her desk for more than 20 minutes and the man left, she got up without excusing herself based on what the man said to us as other customers who saw her leave. I am so torn and very angry at Eskom not being able to cater to its customers on time, they do not acknowledged vulnerabilities and customer circumstances, Eskom in khayelitsha just does not care. The lady assisting me didnt even give me a specific date to when the engineer will come and fix the meter. I am working I can't take time off for Eskom who doesn't even confirm date and time. This is wrong and Eskom khayelitsha needs to do better. We pay for electricity and expect great service. It's terrible being without electricity and there's kids that need to be bathed and fed and those things require electricity, some mornings are cold I cant even do a warm bottle of milk for my kids. This is very very disappointing and im hurting as a mother because I cant provide a better living environment now for my kids. I need an engineer out as soon as possible and do not close this complaint without Eskom fixing my meter in 3 days that I was promised and you will have to contact me if you need to close this complaint you are guys are not nice and not helpful in difficult situations.
Made an order on the 3rd for a wardrobe and headboard and was advised delivery will take 3 to 4 days. However I am still waiting on my order. I had to call and was advised it will be delivered and i should've received an sms but nothing came through. Waiting a week receive my order paid cash is absolutely disappointing. I just need to request my refund at this point.
I bought tomatoes from woolworths in fores****, within 3 day they are too soft, rotten and the package is filled with tomatoe water and it stinks there's insects in the package although i keep them at room temperature. This is the 3rd time same issue with the tomatoes.
Delivery was scheduled from 8am to 10am. I've been waiting and I've emailed and tried to track my Delivery and there's no result. I just received a message informing me that there is a bit of delay and someone will contact me. Worst thing is that I took a day off at work and my card is not delivered yet. I spent sometime checking reviews on Google and I just knew I will also get the bad service. CCD Courier I am very disappointed. This is not a way to do business. Stop if you can't deliver to the clients.
I am a new commuter. This happened at civic center around 10am. Today. The lady at the kiosk charged me R85 for a new card with 50 points. I paid the R85 not knowing (before doing research). And I loaded for R400 for points. I went back and told her about the R85 as she gave me a issue receipt she wrote there that I paid R35. However I was overcharged. I went back and instead of her giving me my money, she loaded 50 points. I didn't approve of this. But I was in a hurry. I want to lay a complaint and let ya'll know that at civic center they are scammers. Because she overcharges people. I want my money ans compensation. For a first time customer this is not good service at all.
Rain is a scam. They deducted R750 on my account charging me for services I didn't use. I stopped using the internet in March/April. I opted to cancel the sim on 01july as I saw that I was being charged but I'm not using the internet. I used to send email to Rain in order for them to deduct on a certain month. Now they deduct without authorization which is wrong! I was promised a refund within 7-10 and today when I called in I was told that the refund was processed but had to be returned because they couldn't verify banking details, how?! when they deducted on my account with the same details they claim to not have. On the add they state that rain is a ISP with no contracts but they way they scam people you'd swear they do contracts. How can internet service provider scam poyal customers. It's to disgusting what rain is doing. I need my refund. 💔
