I am writing to formally complain about the poor service and disrespectful attitude I received from the manager at your Silverton branch. During my visit, I was disappointed by the way I was treated. The manager was rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to assist me properly. Instead of handling the situation respectfully and helping resolve my concerns, their attitude made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating . Kind regards, Mrs Maboate
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the lounge suite I purchased from Bears Silverton. My husband bought a lounge suit, it started sagging and tearing apart on the seam of the 1 seater and others sagging Went to branch logged a complaint that was last June 2025, we were told they will be collected for repairs but nothing happened after a numerous calls to the branch, every time there was an empty promise of them coming to pick up the lounge suit or an excuse ,till this year 2026 January when called again i was told the manager that was handling the complaint has resigned and the lounge suite is out of warranty. When I told the repair clerk that I need to speak to the Regional manager to explain my issue ,I was told the current manager has approved for the suite to be repaired. On the 4th April the suit was taken to be repaired, and brought back on the 18th April, worse than it was, whoever the suit was sent to for repairs stitched the suit skew with the armrest not the same. Please take into consideration that i've been without the suit for about 2 weeks, now i must again spent another weeks without it, ,so i sent the 3 div back because i have nowhere to seat .And what frustrates me is that everytime we are we told a lie we had to take out the security door then nobody comes. I was hoping to hear from the branch how are gonna sort this issue out but like always no one contacted me nor my husband. Then i received an email from Bears customer care saying: the lounge suite is out of warranty forgetting that the complain was logged long before the warranty was out ,till to date i haven't received any update from Silverton store.
Greetings Im not happy with the service at the new store at Tshwane Mall. I bought burgers ,wanted to add the mega meal,and asked if my chicken can be packed as the pic,but my order was denied. I asked the cashier to ask the manager to come to front so that she can explain why not cause as per the pic they can but she was so rude she's refused i ask the cashier to give me her name her response was she doesn’t know her name even the cashier refused to give hers. I bought a family meal at 309 with order number 216 At Pedros Mams Square.I asked for 1 chicken cut in 8 and the other cut 4,they packed me 2x chickens cut in 8,the meal comes with a 1,5 cold drink that they also didn’t pack with my order. When i called in the manager didn’t even bother to apologise nor to ask to call me back since i was using my airtime, instead she told to drive all the way back to come and get a refund or collect a drink,customer service tried to call her but she said she was under rule that customers must come and collect whatever is short on their orders.Not even an apology whatsoever,Im very disappointed with the service i got.
Hi had a bad service from Spec Saver Tshwane Regional Mall, not once but twice, at first i went there around Jan the lady was so impatient there was no service at all from her, the second time was now on the 9\05\2025, the was two ladies at reception of which i don't know who they are cause they didn't even have name badges, i stood for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement, one was sitting chewing her gum loudly so and the other one was minding her business me, till i ask who is was gonna assist me, luckily as i was asking the optometrist came out. I have resorted to Spec Saver Woodland that's where I'm being assisted now .POOR SERVICE at its best.
Im deeply disappointed and frustrated with the service i got from old mutual, i had a policy with them that i cancelled, but they still debit my account, now it a hustle for me to receive my refund every time when i call it takes time for them to answer and my emails are not responded.
Im disappointed with the internet service provider Rain,my router doesn’t have signal ,i have called the provider spoke to almost 7 consults but nothing is happening,every-time when i call im being told technical dept will call me as they have a turn around time but they never do,what’s sad is that im being debit R529.00but I don’t have internet ,its the second month im being debit without services.
I took a policy with Old Mutual,with the premiun of 1434,of which i have cover my immediate family members and my extended family members The policy was incepted on the January my first debit order went on the 25th where i not pleased cause i had 6 debit orders for one policy meaning that each and every member covered was debited as per policy,i phoned in and spoke to the manager named Kenneth's Chindikano to please rectify the debit order i want it run as 1434 and he said he was gonna sort it out, a month later the very sane thing happens i called again sooke to him once more he promise to call but never did,i have now occurred bank charges because of this debit order running one by one.
A very bad service I got from Bears Silverton,we bought a lounge suite within a week we realized the lounge suite had a funny noise on the armrest on all the 3 divisions,we complained and told that they will exchange the lounge suite as soon as the head office receives stock.We waited 3 months for the lounge suite, on the day they were suppose to deliver which is Saturday they came up with the story saying they cant deliver due to rain of which it wasnt to make matters worse only tell us that at 13h50 and we already took out the security door as we have been awaiting them since morning.
