They call from a bunch of different numbers. Say nothing then hang up. Call them back, then it just says I reached customer support, and then they ask for my ID. This has happened over 30 times this year alone of the ones I picked up. Every time I ask to get removed I get told I must provide my ID number. At this point it feels like harassment.
Boitshoko was incredibly professional. She assisted me with all my concerns completely, even going so far as in assisting with another company that I had interacted with as a part of my Pineapple insurance contract. Great response times, assistance as well as care to check up on after the initial requests to ensure that it is being resolved in a timely manner.
