These guys are a bunch of ****s. What they show you on their website is different compared to what they give you. They stole my money and gave me a cheap bed and their customer service centre just sends a apology and tells me its the same mattress with a different fabric. They are ****s and rogues. Do not buy from their online store.
The most money hungry airline you will find in South Africa. These guys charge and arm and a leg, if not a whole body for flights from Durban to Nelspruit. The price of this flight is only R1000 less if you want to go to Dubai. Rather add that amount and go Dubai. This airline needs to bankrupt cause of no sales then only will this stupid airlines realise money don't grow on trees. They Dbn to Nel flights are never ever full because they so greedy. Everyone in Nelspruit complains but this stupid greedy people never change they thoughts. Anyways stupid people run stupid companies so it makes sense. Waiting for url to close down so we can laugh at you. Btw my millions of followers will be seeing your greedy airlines get exposed. #airlinkmustfall
This airline is handled by a bunch of sick people, they are so freaking greedy it's unreal. They price from Dbn to Nelspruit is ridiculous. If only they had intelligent people behind it they would make millions, but i guess stupid people do stupid things. Soo they will stop that Dbn to Nelspruit run. We people go to Jnb and use another airline to Dbn because Airlink is soooooo greedy. Greedy business never last long. Go read the fb comments abouy your greediness in Nelspruit. You sick people.
The experience was good but the catch is LOW MONTHLY PREMIUMS WITH HIGH EXCESS. I had to pay excess for my geyser which costed onlt R300 less than buying a new geyser myself. But I learnt my lesson and will be moving my insurance elsewhere. Take note I was NOT told about the excess story until the claim. They can review the recording had I known this I wouldn't have taken the insurance.
Most pathetic courier service. We should all band together and close them down. They take our packages and payments and dissappear. They are piece of ****s. The owner needs to be thought a lesson.
Good afternoon all. I have a very big complaint for FNB operating system. FNB has put on a system whereby when a customer calls in for any query then the only way a consultant can open the customers file and assist is by sending a ussd to their phone and once the customer approve it then they will get help. This is not the first time I experienced this but enough is enough. Fnb did not do their homework for this system because when you are on a call then a ussd cannot come through. I do not have the Fnb app due to a past incident whereby my valuables including my phone got ******. I only use internet banking and cellphone banking. Today I had to wait over 25 plus minutes until someone picked up to help, but sadly they couldn't help me because I used my cellphone to call in and so while on a call, a ussd cannot come through. I had to then try again from someone else's phone so I could receive the ussd and then they could help me. I am one of fnb old client with premier banking and guess what, I couldn't get someone to help me today. Sadly I deleted the reference for my first call but fnb look at they call records they will hear how I was literally crying for help. So basically Fnb wants their customers to have 2 cellphone, 1 to use for cellphone banking and 1 phone to call them if you have any queries. This system is damn pathetic and something needs to be done about it. I did some research and asked some people and they also complaint about this, so it's not just me. Fnb, would you care to explain me, how does one receive a ussd to approve if they only have 1 cellphone and don't have the FnB app. Should this issue persist then I will have to find other means to get FNB attention to change this nonsense ussd. Thank you. Awaiting to hear a response. FIY, I did copy NFOSA on the complaints email. This issue needs to be resolved.
