I have been having really bad experiences with the Magnite I purchased in 2024. The car is only 1year 8months and I've come to a point where I am not enjoying it because of the multiple problems I've encountered as of recent there was a rattling sound when I drive or brake which was first diagnosed as a gearbox failure or defect then later found it was actually loose parts.....a few weeks after that there was a brake lights switch failure which means I have a car with no brake lights and I can't drive because of safety reasons. The service center I went to was very helpful and ordered the switch from you but was still provided with an incorrect switch which was for older models even though the year of my vehicle was communicated now after waiting two weeks I still need to wait again and still have to use public transport while I have a car!!!!!
They had my claim processed with no issues and they keep communicating every step with me.
Bought a bed from them in March this year a Queen Sealy Crawford firm bedset and so far I’m very happy with the quality it’s comfortable to sleep in and their service was good that I ordered a Double size of the same brand again in June I’m yet to rate the second one as it’s only been a month but delivery was quick and the guys helped me setup the bed, Keep it up guys!
Would like to rate Maddy’s (Madayanda) I hope I spelt her name right service from the Brackenfell branch in CPT she assisted me with the order of my card a week ago which I’ve been waiting over 3weeks for after my card was de*****ed. Today I’ve collected the card and I’m just happy with her service and client care.
I really have no words at this point I’m beyond frustrated my ***** case has not been resolved I’m still short paid and there’s no sense of urgency I might as well leave and go look for another bank coz at this point I’m beyond disappointed
I’ve been banking with standard since all my life and I’m not disappointed in their service it’s proving to be very frustrating banking with them I have a ***** case with them which is still not resolved after 3weeks of waiting furthermore even after changing my card unauthorised transactions are still going off my account what’s worse is I haven’t received that cheque card then I need to constantly call for feedback and wait over 30mins on the line to get assistance!!!!! I need the funds now and it leaves me at a point where I need to borrow to cover my expenses that need these funds now there is no sense of urgency at!!!!!
This past weekend my bank account has been charged with multiple transactions consecutively which amount close to R800 I reported ***** and blocked my card then took it up with Uber as well to assist, they telling me someone from joburg had shared access to my details how?!!!! I live in Cape Town but they fail to assist they are adamant I should reach out to this person that I don’t even know I’m never using it again because they are a bunch of ****mers with so many cases with the same issue they are not looking into it!!!!!
There shouldn’t be even a star allocated because this company is just not customer centric they Berber resolve issues and they are the biggest ****! One time I ordered a meal and it wasn’t delivered the driver took a picture that he delivered at some random street not even close to where I live. Even after clear instructions have been put on the app they were not followed not only that the driver did not communicate with me I tried calling and he didn’t pick up the logged an issue with Uber which did not help coz they said the food was delivered when it wasn’t !!!!
I needed assistance to move my debit order date and had other enquiries Rhonwin Jacobs assisted and answered all my questions! Overall great service
I needed assistance with my app and other information on my policy and I was assisted by Madzulo Madala he helped me set up the app successfully and gave advise on how to better utilise the app and get the most from my cover I’d recommend him any day😅☺️
