Misleading adverti*****t, they advertised the product as a special when I received my order, it was not what was displayed on the add, only after bringing it to their attention they changed the description on the website and ignored my complaint.
I am extremely disappointed with the conduct of your project management team during Saturday’s graduation ceremony. Their behavior was not only discourteous but also strikingly rude, unprofessional, and lacking in empathy. The dismissive tone they used toward the graduates and guests reflected a troubling lack of consideration, which was both unacceptable and deeply disheartening.
I purchased 12 Chocolate Caramel Cake Cups from Soet Cakes on their website. They advertised cream cheese frosting, but the product we received did not contain any cream cheese frosting. After reporting the issue and providing a photo, I received sarcastic and defensive responses, and was asked to provide a sample, i then providedmy address for them to collect the sample, despite doing so, I was again told that the product contains cream cheese frosting and that was that, this is clearly deceptive advertising. I will never purchase anything from this bakery again.
I placed an order order no 178860 and recieved a blender that doesnt not work. I sent numerous emails, posted on there page asking for them to collect the broken item and to refund me, received no reply! After reading all these negative comments im convinced that this is just another SCAM. They are also called Red Chill Deals avoid them at all cost!
Hi there,<br> <br> We have been complaining about our bus arriving late every morning going to City via Freeway from Delft for ages, due to heavy traffic on the N2 and with the winter season upon us traffic has been hectic we have asked Golden Arrow Bus Services for an earlier bus leaving 6:15 from The Hague terminus which only gets to our stop around 6:30/6:40 , complaint calls were logged to golden arrow they called back saying, take an earlier bus (but they've taken away the earlier bus which use to get to our stop 5:55am) 60 people has to complain before they send out another service, or get a petition and have everyone sign it, a petition was then signed with over 60 signatures on it sent on the 28th of April, we were then told that they had to speak to the directors that was over a month ago, I called to follow up then I was told they don't have any buses, I called again to follow up on Friday left messages and no one returned my call. We've seen buses everyday with less than 10 passengers on it, and they say they don't have any buses. we pay a lot of money to use this service but there is no proper service delivery. Today our bus never pitched and once again we were late.
On the 24th of April I tried Dominos Pizza for the very first time, I purchased three pizza's one large Regina a large Ham & Bacon and a small chicken Tikka which costs R45. The pizza was tasteless and disgusting it had a funny smell as well even the dipping sauce was disgusting. I was very sick for two days, I wrote on Dominos Tweeter page they asked me for my contact details which I gave to them on Saturday, no one bothered to contact me, I then messaged them yesterday again to let them know that no one has still not made contact with me, they told me that they have marked it as urgent but I'm still waiting for that reply. I spent R172.80 on a so called pizza that made me sick and they didn't even have the decency to say sorry. For a new franchise in town your customer service is pretty pathetic just like your pizza. <br> <br> <br> Thanks
