This was my second order. I tend to get allergic reactions very quickly, so I do not easily wear other earrings besides what I have and trust. I have been trying to close my account since December 2025. Ref number Rj25122350123_23/12/2025 Ref number Rm260127010260 27/01/2026 I went to close my account at the Skukuza Branch. I opened this account in September 2025 to save extra money. However, I get billed an insane monthly fee of R495, which I did not agree to when the account was opened. Each time I pay money into my account, it is reduced to a credit balance due to the hefty fees. I requested the account to be closed in December. I was told it would be downgraded to a lower monthly fee, linked to a different account. It was not done. In Jan 2026 I called again to request that the account be closed, since my request to downgrade this account was not carried out. I was informed the account had been logged for closure, and it would be done. Last week, I called again, as I had received notifications that my account was stillin arrears. I called FNB again. The operator informed me the account would be closed and someone would call me to confirm everything. I have not received any call or further support to close my account. I refuse to pay for any fees billed after I went to the branch in December to request assistance and was not assisted. I will not pay any fees. I want my account closed. I want the feed reversed. I want the funeral plan cancelled. FNB clearly is not interested in new clients. That is fine. Just close my account.

I realised on Tuesday, 03/02/2026, I had not received a delivery confirmation. I contacted them. They corrected the issues without any hassle, and my parcel was delivered today. Excellent service. I recently contacted Gold Capital for an assessment on some of my items. I don't live near any of their branches. They offered to collect my items via courier for assessment. The courier collected the following day. I was very nervous about sending my items via courier. My items were received safely and assessed, and they provided feedback. Although we did not agree on a price, I would like to compliment them on the professional treatment of the collection and safe treatment of my items.
