Unhappy parent
How do continue marking kids absent when you have decided to terminate them? I am not expecting the school to demand the school for January 2026 when the contract has been terminated. I even stopped taking kids to school and tried to negotiate repayment plan but it reached deaf ears. I will look for another school since you no longer want them. Mul2070 is the account and I don't even know how we reached to over R20 000 debt and I asked for detailed statement which is not provided yet. I am not happy about your service.

Unhappy client with home loan department
I am really not happy with absa home loan department service. No one is willing to help me, I recently switched bond from one bank to absa and requested additional cash. Upon the registration of the bond, I did not receive the cash. According to the records the additional cash was paid into Journal debit, I don't even know what does that mean and no one is willing to explain. I don't remember opening Journal debit if it is an account, I don't even want that type of thing. I even asked the attorney's who confirmed that they did not receive the money after registration and according to what they know it is supposed to be deposited into my account.

Poorest service
Very poor service, they send monthly statement late and demand arrears, I have never had of such. They do not respond emails, I don't think it is worth it to pay for service that you do not get.

Charging internet banking every month
Is absa supposed to charge for internet banking? If not, what must I do to get refunded all the money charged for internet banking. I once asked consultant at the bank why I am charged for internet banking and she never gave me an answer.
