Membership Cancellation was a nightmare after 30 years of being a loyal member. After we started the membership cancellation process with Flexi Club since January. We finally received a letter confirming that our membership has been cancelled "We are sorry to see you leave" ..However the annual levies had already been raised for the year and we confirmed we are not paying the levies since we have given notice to cancel and the cancellation was confirmed. The levies now reflect as unpaid on both me and my husband's ITC records. We are in the process of applying for a new bon and with our sound credit record Flexi Club has now dented our record on a subscription that was cancelled. We have been requesting this to be cleared since the 9th of April and to date after calling the call centre twice today I was told by call centre agents Hope and Zidu that the manager Kyle Govender is too busy to attend to our request or take our calls.
Nanos Boskruin will never dissappoint me with their bad service. Last knight we ordered: Peri Peri chips, Full chicken and plain wedges. Received peri peri wedges and full chicken, no chips. Yook time to call t GG e call centre bcoz i was now tired of thei bad service. The branch called back and said they eill deliver the chips no apology about the peri peri wedges. Woke up this morning, no chips delivered and no call to apologize...WOW...I actually demand a refund now...don't want the chips anymore. Even when given a chance to rectify they get it wrong. .
