I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Hope for her incredible assistance with our vacation booking. As Flexi Club members, we experienced service that truly went above and beyond. During a difficult time when my mom was ill and we couldn’t attend our Audi reservation, Hope stepped in with patience and professionalism. She managed to postpone and rebook our holiday seamlessly, and her dedication was evident in the countless times she called back and forth, keeping us updated and reassured. Hope went ten times over and above to assist us, showing genuine care and commitment. Her communication, persistence, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. We are truly grateful for her support and exceptional service. Thank you, Hope, for making us feel valued and cared for.

Membership Cancellation was a nightmare after 30 years of being a loyal member. After we started the membership cancellation process with Flexi Club since January. We finally received a letter confirming that our membership has been cancelled "We are sorry to see you leave" ..However the annual levies had already been raised for the year and we confirmed we are not paying the levies since we have given notice to cancel and the cancellation was confirmed. The levies now reflect as unpaid on both me and my husband's ITC records. We are in the process of applying for a new bon and with our sound credit record Flexi Club has now dented our record on a subscription that was cancelled. We have been requesting this to be cleared since the 9th of April and to date after calling the call centre twice today I was told by call centre agents Hope and Zidu that the manager Kyle Govender is too busy to attend to our request or take our calls.

Nobuhle Mbooi called me and asked me if I would like to take up the offer of accommodation at a resort that was available. Friendly service and I did not even had to do anything. Now I have a booking for a getaway. Great Service.

I would love to give them a 5 star as their customer service consultants do appear to be friendly and helpful HOWEVER my vehicle subscription is with them although the vehicle itself belongs to Avis/Budget ~~> see below: “ BEWARE - They DO NOT return deposits I had an 11 month contract with Avis Budget fascilitated by Flexiclub. During the 11month period i was blatantly accused on 2 or 3 occasions of non payment despite my sending pop to multiple parties. On one occasion i was even told the vehicle had been handed over for recovery!! I had to take 4hours out of my own time to resend the pop again and again. Once the contract ended they again accused me of failing to pay and again thr same story. I have now sent the pop to each and every staff member and requested my deposit refund. The contract ended on 6 December and it is now 6 February and I am STILL waiting for the deposit. Avis Budget are completely ignoring alll attempts at communication. Apart from the dishonesty/*****, the lack of even basic customer service training is shocking!”
