I am extremely disappointed with the level of communication and service received from Capitec regarding my escalated enquiry for credit clearance. It has now been 5 days with absolutely no feedback, update, or proper communication from the bank. As a customer, I expected professionalism, transparency, and timely assistance, especially for a matter as important as credit clearance. Being ignored after escalation is frustrating and unacceptable. Capitec needs to improve its customer service communication and ensure that escalated matters are handled with urgency and respect. Customers should not have to continuously follow up just to receive basic feedback.
I’m really disappointed with the service we received at RocoMamas (Mall of the South). While the atmosphere was decent, the overall experience fell short of expectations. Our order was incorrect, our drinks arrived late, and we waited about 15 minutes just for our shots. Attention to detail was clearly lacking. What was even more frustrating was how the food was prepared and presented — the chef placed the tomato directly on the bun, which completely affected the texture, and despite specifically asking for the sweet fire ribs with chillies on the side, they were placed on top of the ribs instead. It’s disappointing when simple requests aren’t followed and basic service standards aren’t met. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and improves both communication and order accuracy.
Very dissatisfied with how this company does things. They approached me with the intent of solving my escalation but it was followed by ignorance and empty promises. Victor from lifestyle home reached out but he never followed up. I'm utterly disappointed with you guys. Doing business with you has been very unpleasant.
I am extremely disappointed with the service received from Muji Lifestyle. A headboard was purchased and scheduled for delivery, however it was not delivered as promised. What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. MY calls have gone unanswered and my WhatsApp messages have been ignored. This is not only unprofessional but reflects very poor business etiquette. Customers deserve to be kept informed, especially when there are delays or issues with delivery. I expected a much higher standard of service, and this experience has been both inconvenient and disappointing. I would appreciate urgent feedback and a resolution to this matter.

Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, I have been met with significant delays and lack of communication. Notably, the only instance where I received a response was when I mentioned escalating the matter to HelloPeter. I have been consistently emailing the staff benefits team, adhering to their stated turnaround time of 2-3 working days, yet I have not received the necessary assistance. My network ring was on orange and it took less than 10 minute to have my network ring back to blue! WFH can be quite stressful,especially if you have a bad network connectivity! I spoke to the AI generated bot AskRain and it was very efficient! I'm happy! No lies🤞🏽🙂
I have followed up with Flycool since 2023 and I have not gotten my refund. I lost connectivity Itu and no one even bothered to come assist until I wrote my 5th review here. I want my refund. A
Capitec has been offline since morning and let me tell you, the issue remains unresolved with no Turn-Around-Time advised. Honestly, this is just absurd! What else are they expecting us to do. In a matter that requires immediate attention, one is unable to use the App nor the ATM to make deposits, transfers or withdrawals Capitec has yet proved to be *********** in a time of need! They can honestly do better!!!
I have been following up with MTN for the past month with regards to my poor connection. I did not get any joy with MTN. They kept escalating the same issue and stating that they have lifted my suspension of which there was no reason behind the suspension. I contact them requesting that they cancel the contract and they are telling me that I have to pay for June. How the hell am I supposed to pay for Wi-Fi that doesn’t work !!?? Make it make sense !!!
