Gold Reef City has become a stale place spiritually and with rides not working and closed as early as 15:45pm. The new staff seems to be foreigners with some strange spiritual interference affecting the emotional balance of the theme park from positive to very negative. They should really avoid hiring such pple if they still want to see that place operating. Water based rides are dirty with the water itself looking so dull and unclean, rides are not safe such as the "Storm Chaser" with the safety rubber grip over the body loose and the whole body moves out of the seat when the ride is in full operation. Not so good experience.
I hereby would like to lay a complaint against a rude restaurant manager at Mugg and Bean in Midstream. An accident occured on 01 January 2026 when we visited the restaurant and complained about late food preparation for the food ordered. The male manager on duty was very unprofessional and intolerant of the complaint for the late order and kept on justifying his staff reaction for the late food preparation without apologizing. Thus manager instead complaints that customers are giving him an attitude when highlighting the their mistakes and delay as a restaurant. The manager of that store is not at all fit to be a manager as he justified wrongdoing by his staff and does not acknowledge mistakes.
Hi I would like to lay a complaint against a Mr Price store in Kolonnade Pretoria North, cashier and their supervisors. I went to this store today returning an item worth R199.99. I request for my refund in cash from the cashier (Magdeline Mndmuzulwana) and supervisors (Tiego Mathekga and Kgomotso Maheso). They requested to see my card before they can refund my money because they don't do cash if the purchase was done using a card. They checked my card asked me to put the card into the pos machine so they can process the refund amount after I asked them why am I now putting my card into the machine as though am buying from the store. They told me it's procedure after giving me an attitude. I put my pin into the machine as they requested They took back the item after confirming with the slip I gave them. I asked them how long is it before the money goes back into my account they responded uncaringly and asking around and somehow murmuring with their supervisors that they e tdon't know. Before I made it outside the door of this storeI received a bank notification on my phone that the amount of R199.99 was deducted from my account. I went back to the store showed this to one of the supervisor who was during this transaction and they just didn't want to own up Tiego the supervisor instead argued with me and irritatingly said I will wait for the manager whom she was not sure when she was coming back. At this point I was angry because they now double charged me by taking R199.99 twice from me for an item I don't even have anymore. Their manager (Kgomotso Maheso) came to check what happened and the slips processed and showed them that they actually did double charged me instead of refunding my account. The manager phoned store manager (Mac Malatji)for a solution he insisted on system error and refused to give me my money back which I explained to him that the money they now took I had an urgent use for. He told me that I should wait for their systems before I can get the refund money plus the money they took from my card. I explained to him I cannot drive again for a refund to the store which he should be paying me now worse part now that they have their item plus the additional amount from me! He still refused to pay me money back together with his staff. Am not happy with the way things went with the store and my transaction. They took my money twice for no reason and without showing any remorse but justifying their actions everytime I spoke to them and after I gave them back their item with the slip as proof!! They gave me and bad attitude after *****ing my money and refused to return it!! I need my money from these people and their store!!!
What is going on with Dstv???. These people they are messing with clients' accounts. It looks like their accounts department is really out of balance. I went on whattsup for balance query which I got and paid and being on that "price lock" since they said they offer such because they say they wanna keep you as client but at the rate they are going they are going to loose a lot of clients. After I got balance due the next month which I was okay with. Then during this current month before the due date, I was notified of services disconnected because of non-paynent of some double amount. Looking at their transaction history it was clear that non existent amounts were added to my account and having to query this has been a mission since. Each time you speak to an agent one has to explain the same story and payments done cannot be found even after sending those pop's. This company is pathetic really it's like they have a whole lot of amateurs running the most critical depts. especially their finance department. Today am on R835.00 package instead of R399 package!!! They just decide what they want with ppls accounts!!!Shocking... Am ready for an alternative.
Will someone please explain how Dstv department is designed???! Cos wow...trying to get these people to fix a simple account error is a mission. Firstly you'll make a payment due, next you get a message stating that your account is owing, next you have to call & speak to 100 agents each time explaining the same story to each one as though their systems are not linked for each agent to see what was the last call about or read notes. After trying so many times to get these pple to correct and update my account balance I had received no assistance!!! Everyday they disconnect and I have to call them about the same thing??? Is there even a proper finance dept. at their offices with sane and competent pple or is it robots working there which have ran out of batteries???! Cos wow this is one f'd up Dept. which I'd be happy to cancel & change to a convenient one soon!!!
Pick n Pay Quagga mall is the worst. The staff there bully people out of searching their bags, when asked about cameras to minimise such pathetic behaviour they respond arrogantly that they doing their jobs just like them at their work??? Really?? Have they no respect for customers? Much more worse they even sell outdated meat that doesn't even cook properly on the stove. Shoprite store across them is far better that them. When asking for manager they disconnect their phones and give incorrect numbers/info. Never visiting the store ever the store does not even have any sound hygiene levels.
The owner of this Multiserv shop in Pretoria North corner Rachel De Beer and Viljoen streets Shoprite centre are so rude. I brought my shoes there came to fetch them explained I misplaced the slip the owner named Oupa insisted on a slip after I gave him my details and he even captured my details on his system on the day I brought the shoes. He gave me a very bad attitude saying I should look through a pile of dirty shoes in his dirty filthy shop. He has no customer service as the owner of that dirty unpacked shop of his. Take your shoes to this man and his worker Jackson at your own risk.
Hi, Today 2 May 2022 I bought a family meal which cost R249.00. Upon arriving at home I noticed the chips which were served with the meal in the box were not only very small portion for medium chips but also had a very offensive smell. I then realized that we were given rotten chips which were either left to go off inside water the previous day before serving the next day or were just left to rot outside the fridge. Not sure why the person preparing the chips could not pick up that the chips were rotten and instead decided to serve them anyway. I don't wish to buy from the shop ever again as they are not valuing of customer experience or the money we spend buying these meals.
People please avoid supporting Greeneye Housing for new development houses or if you intend to buy a house especially a new one. These people build houses using cheap material in exchange for huge sums of money from bonded houses. They have this Mani guy who is responsible for building these houses and goes around with another one called Meshack whom they've hired to do courtesy calls for new tenants within the 12 month period. Their houses are hugely lacking when it comes to quality, complaints will pile up with little being done in exchange for monies paid to them as developers. Their houses have dangerous cracks, windows, ceilings, cheap doors are loosely fit and let in wind dust and rain. Their ceilings constantly fall in and disconnect from the roof. Complaints will pile up right outside the 12 month period giving them leeway not to assist anymore. Not sure what gives that Mani guy and his company the right to build bad houses for people and expect them to stay in such houses whilst they pocket sums of money from homeowners.
