Refund

Am still waiting for refund on the 24th April I was asked to send banking details which was send, send email to follow up, not response until I made a phone call spoke to the gentleman named Jayson he told the owner normally pays refund on the last day of the month. Spoke to Jayson yesterday he told me his having a meeting with the owner in an hour will come back to me, still haven't heard anything from him, phone this morning his in a meeting again. For how long must I wait for the refund?

Am not happy with their service

I have placed and order on the 9th of December I got my items on the 20th, when I received them not everything that I order was there, on the 19th I received an email that some items where out of stock,what puzzles me is that when I order it should let me that the items are out of stock on their portal. On the 20th I send banking details for refund till today no refund, I have returned an item on the 10th I haven't heard that the item is received and they will process the refund, waiting for the refund of items that was out of stock and refund and for the return item.

Credit score affected.

I last spoke to Finchoice legal on the 16 May 2023 about the Credit score that has not been updated , last payment 2022 July. Until today no feedback

My credit score is affected

My credit has not yet be updated, this is really affecting my credit score. Account paid in July 2022 the status still says in arrears am referring to this account no: ***. Hope we can conclude this matter.

My credit score is affected .

Good day I have settled my Finchoice account 2022 July it's affecting my credit score. I have called and told me to update it on my credit score still not done. Another 1 Homechoice I settled 2022 December in January I called them and asked them to close it until today not closed. Regards Mpho

Rewriting the bad to the good

It was a misunderstanding with regards to the UIF form it turned out the form was send in March it was in my Junk mail. My apology to Brooks&luyt Attorneys for sending numerous to emails to you.
