This network provider is clearly a ****. I got their package and it was working fine until we moved and it stopped working properly. Asked for it to be fixed or blocked if they were unable to fix it. When l send requests for it to be blocked l get no communication back, and their bill keeps accumulating for something that's not working. And somehow, their invoices show u are using the network when in reality you are not.
Had a horrible experience with FNB festival Mall branch. Was in th process of depositing money on the 7th of April when electricity went, and it turns out they have no back up for this. Due to this I did not complete the deposit and l was asked to fill out a document so my money could be given back to me in 48 hours. It's been 21 days and nothing has been done. I went to enquire and they told me they are checking CCTVs to see if l deposited the money, then they said the CCTVs are dark and can't see anything. This really seems like lobbery to me, l disappointed
I opened a student account with them in 2019 and all was well until l started having problems with transacting. Went to the festival mall branch to try and have them fix my account to no avail. The third time l went l asked for the account to be blocked as l was done. Months down the line l start receiving calls that l owe the bank money, seems like the account was not blocked as l was requested, and now l have been referred to their debt collectors who never respond to their emails or questions posed.
