I don't understand how you can say stakeholders, must go to the website NSDMS to do their DG applications and then you don't create any support to assist with any questions they might have, the numbers for your offices provided on the website do not get answered when we call, and there has been no responses on the email addresses, its as if you don't want any new stakeholders to apply for these grants. One has to resort to laying a complain to get any feedback if any.
Last night i was mugged and my MTN Contract phone was stolen, i couldn't call MTN to have the prone blocked due to loadshedding and bad network, this morning when i called i was asked for my details only to be told the system is not working, it apparently has issues, i mean my phone is stolen and i cant lock it because my provider has system issues, so now the people who have my phone can assess my information such as my banking apps, service is 100% bad
Can this SCAM company please stop calling me for accounts I know nothing about, i am being harasses at all hours of the day by consultants calling me about accounts i know nothing of, and every time i try to tell them i don't know what they talking about they just continue talking over me.
Nedbank issued me with a new ATM card, I was then instructed to activate it on the Nedbank money app, which I did, then I was told to go activate it at a Nedbank ATM, which is a very slow and backwards way of banking, anyhow I did. After activation using the standard bank issued card pin, I then attempted to change the pin at which point the ATM retained my card. I called the help desk and they told me I need to reapply for a new card at a fee, or go to the branch and explain. Why the hell do you then have a 24 hour help desk if I still need to travel to the branch for assistance. For such an expensive bank nedbank sucks
