I have requested internet SA to install WiFi at my mom's place. I have the payment but they have delayed to come and do installation. At the end they came after so many complains, after that the network was super bad, I informed them sevaral time and said they will send a technician that never showed up. Today I did a follow up again and I also took a picture showing them that the Ariel that they put it's very old. They feedback I got is that it is their property if I don't want their service they will send technician to uninstall it

I'm very sad and disappointed at this company. Before buying a phone with I did a lot of research and questioning from them. With their assuring while answering my questions I bought a phone on the 24th January 2025 at 01:00am. I was promised I will get the delivery on Wednesday because it takes 2 to 3 working days. To my disappointment yesterday I received an email that my order was canceled. In actual fact the lady called me Friday saying that they don't have white colour. I then asked her how so because I have asked before purchase and Ithe system showed that there was plenty when I was ordering. Now I get a message that it's only now my order has been processed. Meaning God knows when will I get it. The sad part is it a surprise birthday present Their business really sucks
Capitec Bank took R6100 on my account without my permission. The are saying as per my contract initial I have gave them the authority to do as they wish in my account. They are saying as NCR they allowed to do so Please help capitec it's ****ming life.
I bought tiles and glass shower door at CTM Bethlehem, when I went to collect it due to space I couldn't take everything. So I had leave the door. Later when I realized that I won't be needing it anymore. I'm requesting for refund, the supervisor and the manager are playing hard to get. They don't want give me money bag. CTM employees are ****ming people watch out guys.
I have paid woolworths store about 4yrs back. Since last year December the 17th been calling them requesting for a paid up letter. Sometimes the pick up the hone even tell me that they will email it within 5 working days but nothing till today. I'm calling almost every day because they transfer me non stop until they hang up. The sad part I'm using my money to call but this how they treat me as customer requesting a aid up letter that I have full right on since I have paid them in full. I'm paying a compact service channels monthly for R410 via app on my phone. Since from last year, I normally receive once in a while on my email account about Dstv specials. My concern is they have cut or close my channels saying that I'm owing them. But I'm paying monthly, when I called trying to understand how so, they told me that there was price increase around June so there is a difference of R19 that is accumulating hence they have stopped the channels. This company it's not fair not even a single day told that prices have increased, when they noticed that I'm paying every month they never switched off but only this month without notifying me. To make it even worse the lady I was speaking to (Yolanda) said I'm owing R186 however when we calculating it its supposed to be R114. She said she will speak to her boss about it but they respond a month later mind you payment for this month it's still sitting with them. This people are blood suckers shame, they are trying to recover their looses in a wrong way by robbing people, this is unacceptable. I really hatetgem because this is for the second time and they also did this to my friend years back. They scamming people
