prescription letter request
Lynn and Main Attorneys /SHACKLETON I have been requesting prescription letters from Lynn and Main Attorneys for a while no progress and no communication. Despite multiple follow-ups, I still have no updates or timelines. I was told call back or email. I need the letter as the credit bureau has already removed the account.0 replies

horrible client service
Waiting since November 2025 for prescription letters. Sent emails, followed up on whatsapp and called numerous times. The service is putrid. I can screenshot all correspondence on whatsapp , my call log and emails back and forth but no feedback and no acknowledgement. Whatsapp they just cut you off. They keep on saying we are escalating 30 -60 days . Wow its ridiculous .1 reply
