I’ve had a great experience with FlexClub. They consistently go the extra mile, and whenever I’ve had any issues, they’ve been resolved quickly and efficiently. Their communication is excellent—they keep me informed every step of the way. Highly recommended!
The license on my rental car has expired. Cannot get through to the branch at OR Tambo. No one answers the phone. How can it be that in 2025, they don't have a system that flags when a license disk is about to expire?? How is it when everyone is desperate for business in this country, they don't even answer the phone? It' shows such contempt for the customer.
On Friday, I ordered pizzas from Romans Pizza in Halfway Gardens, and they sent the order to Romans in Tembisa. I placed the order just after 16h00, the app gave me an initial ETA for delivery at 17h20. It then kept pushing the ETA out by 5 minutes at a time. Eventually, at around 19h00 they just cancelled the order and after nearly 3 hours, no food was delivered. They did refund me my money, but the whole evening was ruined by then. Have you ever tried to complain to Uber? Good luck with that. I spend around R8 000pm with Uber and they couldn't give a damn about me or the business I give them. Shocking service!!
Mall of Africa store closed this morning because of "stock take". What serious retail brand ever closes during trading hours because of a stock take? Thanks for the wasted time and petrol driving there, only to find the store closed because of stock taking! What an indication of just how much of a 3rd world business they've become.
Was promised a phone call by Wednesday latest, regarding the arrival of a part for my IPad, which I ordered from the store on Sunday. Today, Thursday afternoon, I still hadn’t heard from them. There is no number for the store or even the HO listed on their website. Not being able to call them, I had to physically drive to the mall to find out what was happening. Get there, only to be told that the technician is not in today, so no one can give me any information regarding this. I was dumbfounded to say the least and even more so when I asked for a contact number for the store, so I wouldn’t have to waste my time and petrol again. I was told that the store does not have a contact number and I would be unable to contact them telephonically. A company that services cell phones cannot be contacted via telephone? I am shocked that a “business” in this day and age, is so disorganised and cares so little about it’s customers!
