My mother has been reaching out since January 6th to cancel since she found a suitable insurance. You've been ignoring her request until you debited her account in February. She's been given email addresses to reach out to and those individuals have ignored her. You insist on calling her and she keeps telling you she's out of the country. Refund her and cancel or call me as per her request. Stop calling her knowing you won't get ahold of her.

How are there arrears when no payment was missed. We pay from your links. I asked her to email a breakdown of the arrears, she sends last month's statement which was paid. I still paid that 2nd amount yet no services from you guys. I woke up to a 3rd amount. So you're now charging close to 3× the usual amount. You're a ****py bunch at multichoice. Capitec has been taking me back and forth over an issue they're failing to resolve. You guys decided to put funds in my account on hold on the 23rd of September claiming that I'm a soccer agent who failed to provide a service to a player. I have nothing to do with soccer, let alone sports. I've sent emails that have never been responded to, I went as far as drafting an affidavit and went to a capitec branch to lodge an enquiry. You close the enquiry with a resolution or rather an assumption that the money in my account belongs to this soccer player I've never even met. Did anybody do any due diligence and made sense of the transactions in my account. Open that account.
