Let me start with this when I started with these guys, a debit order from a creditor came off my account 3 months ago , it was supposed to be reversed until today I still haven't received that money or seen that, the money has been adjusted on the account. Last week Wednesday I had sent an email about the fact that a creditor has been messaging me about payment and that shouldn't be happening I got an email to say they will respond in 5 to 7 days !!! I'm a paying client. I'm still waiting for a response but let me be late on payment I'll get an email so quick I'm honestly considering canceling because this is *******
I'm under debt review and these people still debited from my account I would like that money reversed please !!
These people have blocked my meter my rental agent sent them an email Sunday morning still sitting with a blocked meter I've call their standby and I was told they can't help me this is so heartless besides for the law stating that a meter can not be blocked unless the block is done by the municipality, it's still done. I work as a lease administrator so I know the law this whole thing is ******* an now I can't cook food for my kids it's a cold wet Sunday evening and I can't do anything for them. I'm so mad at these people.
These people came to my place of work !!! What the hell since when is this allowed this is unacceptable there are emails and phone calls for a reason this is harassment Also, according to Section 15 of the National Debt Collection Act 114 of 1998, under no circumstance is a collection agency permitted to serve you with *****ulent or misleading documents under the disguise of a legal procedure or whatever. In the same vein, he or she is not allowed to come with any person that is claimed to be a police officer, an officer of the court and so on when they are trying to intimidate you. This was pure harassment!! To top it off my paperwork was given to the receptionist my personal information was given to the receptionist and then once escorted out They called head office and this woman on the phone was confused and called me miss Govendar and then the woman on the phone told me that if I don't pay they will continuously come to my place of work
Let me just say this review is based on the systems used and not against the store or the staff but fraud department and other the systems. I'm so disappointed I got approved for my makro credit card and they won't accept my passport and i'm so mad because I tried to phone every department first and foremost I can't get through to any manager for assistance everyone is just not helpful at all. I lost my I.d recently I literally do not have the funds to get it done now besides the fact that it will take 3 weeks. I applied on the site and submitted my I.d copy I called the store closest to me and tried to get hold of so many people just to ask if they could please assist me just this once and I had no assistance. All I got was no we won't take your passport unless you a foreigner now answer this, my passport has my I.d number my picture and everything how is it not seen as a valid form of verification. It has more information than a driver's License of which I don't have why are you so unwilling to help customers it's not like this happens everyday. I'm literally asking for help to get this card I'm saying I have identification it's just not a I.d or driver's license please assist and I got no help at all. I'm so upset and I can't understand it if you can accept a foreigner's passport why can't you accept a South Africans !
I'm so happy with my washing machine from rentoza and how everythings been so smooth sailing. I have one suggestion though please get airfryers and please make the "my profile section on the website more detailed. It need to have how many months have been paid how many months are left if you chose to purchase this is what you will pay at the end of the term. but so far so good. please just get more "kitchen items" like an airfryer
I was charged R400 for a statement of account to be EMAILED to me this is absolutely sickening , I have never in my life had to pay R400 for a statement and I want a refund. I've been calling the whole week messaging the the whole of last week and I'm still waiting, and I'm hell mad !!!!!!!!! then I was charged R90 for "not paid items" *** actually my account was already in arrears so you took every other cent plus R490. I want it all reversed. Your app doesn't show a recent statement and that is why I asked for a statement of account because every person I contacted said they can only see up to where I can see the statement is titled July, but it shows all the transactions from June and no I was not informed about the R400 because if I was I would have told you to shove it. I've sat on this matter for long enough I want it dealt with
I placed an order on the 4/08/2022 Order number MAK3773335 it was a two part order I received part one and I have not received part two, for two weeks I've been phoning makro sitting on hold for minutes ! I emailed customer service on the 10th and only got a response on the 15th I called makro Germiston on Friday and I was told it would be prioritized and delivered latest on Saturday I called on Sunday and I was told it would be taken care of urgently and I would be called back and guess what I haven't been called back it hasn't been prioritized I haven't gotten any help all I've done is wasted my time, airtime and money. This is ridiculous your service is pathetic the delivery is 15 min away not even I stay in sunnyridge and I ordered it from makro Edenvale, this is such a big company but your customer service and delivery departments are not at all up to par! No man I'm so ****ed off I had to chase you for a product I paid for. What **** !
I put my account on "hold" according to their "recording" I was called twice and in both occasions I did say I can't afford it now, however their "hold season" is whenever they feel it should be, and they debit when they see money in your account, so I didnt even get a message to say my account is no longer on hold and as of ....they will deduct whatever amount. No, they just debit your account. Now when i want the money transferred back they want to tell me "sorry we can't refund the money according to our terms and conditions ...." if thats the case then why couldnt you call me before deciding you going to take my account off hold. If you could do that before it was put on hold why couldn't i be contacted to say the hold period is over, or even a message. I want that money transferred back, I dont want anything from your online store becuase i should have been notified that the "hold" period was over.
I'm absolutely ****ed off with Uber eats I made an order for delivery on the 20/02/2022 at approximately 21:30 at kfc meadowdale the order was being prepared what was supposed to be completed by 22:15 was then moved to 22:30 then 22:45 then I got a message that said we have a problem connecting you to a driver there was a delay in the delivery. I then got connected to a driver but by that time latest delivery changed from being 22:05 to 23:05 and I waited and waited only for my order to be cancelled at 23:30!!!!!!!! This is a load of rubbish ! The order should have never been accepted firstly because I could have gone to get food elsewhere had I know you would have cancelled on me last minute there is absolutely no excuse because the order was accepted. By the time I wanted to drive and get food elsewhere everywhere was closed because I relied on Uber eat and kfc I'm so angry because myself and my kids went to bed hungry and I used a R45 promo for what I'm highly ****ed off and I feel like I should be compensated what a load of rubbish I'm actually in shock ! I've been ordering Uber eats supporting their business for so long only to run in to this and it's a big thing for me because the order was accepted I wouldn't have minded if it wasn't accepted but it was and this makes it even more of a problem and then to write a complaint is almost impossible on the app because it's already pre chosen texts what a load of bull i am so mad.
